Service Staff

Meet our Club Level service staff who are available to assist you each game day

There are five professional concierges and two supervisors stationed throughout the Club Level. From locating your favorite food to providing directions; our concierges are prepared to assist you in every way possible to make your game day experience on the Club Level enjoyable. This season, we are fortunate enough to have all five returning concierges.

Concierge desks are located at Sections 202/203, Sections 223/224, Sections 229/230 and Sections 250/251.

Kristin YatesKristin Yates (4th year) is entering her forth season with the Ravens. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kristin graduated from the University of Pennsylvania before making the move to Baltimore. While at Penn, Kristin worked in the Undergraduate Admissions Office, providing guidance to prospective students and their families. Raised a Penn Men’s Basketball fan, she was given the opportunity to work for the team she loved during her four years as well. Kristin was originally hired as an intern in the Ticket Office and quickly gained full-time status. She currently holds the title of Customer Service and Communication Coordinator. Kristin can be found on the Club Level during all Ravens home games and is a primary service contact for Club Level PSL Owners.


Kim HurneyKim Hurney (3rd year) is entering her third season with the Ravens. Kim was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland; and graduated from James Madison University, where she worked in the Athletics Marketing Department. Her love of sports expanded beyond collegiate to professional athletics, as she spent time on the Game Night Guest Services Staff with the Washington Capitals. Kim began her career in the NFL as a summer intern with the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office. Upon graduation from JMU, Kim returned to Maryland and was hired as an intern with the Baltimore Ravens Ticket Office, before quickly earning a full-time position with the team. She is currently the Ravens’ Ticket Office Administration and Customer Service Coordinator. Kim can be found on the Club Level during all Ravens home games.




Richard Arrington
(3rd year) is returning for his third season with the Ravens. Richard is a lifelong resident of the Baltimore area. He has served as a concierge at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel and received a Spirit to Serve Award from Marriott International. Richard’s four-year-old son, Nathan is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoys making Ravens art to adorn his dad’s concierge desk. Richard can be found at the concierge desk by Sections 223/224.

 

Dee O’Horan (3rd year) is returning for her third season with the Ravens. Dee was born and raised in Neshaminy, Pennsylvania, before permanently moving to the Baltimore area for college. She is now the Chief Concierge at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. Dee is the President of the Baltimore Area Concierge Association, a member of the Washington Area Concierge Association and a leader of the Concierge Roundtable. Dee can be found at the concierge desk by Section 250/251.





Arturio Offord
(3rd year) is returning for his third season with the Ravens. Arturio hails from Washington, D.C., and currently resides just over the border in Hyattsville, Maryland. Arturio served as a concierge at L’Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C. and is a member of both the Baltimore Area Concierge Association and the Washington Area Concierge Association. Arturio can be found at the concierge desk by Sections 202/203.






Michael Thompson (3rd year) is returning for his third season with the Ravens. Michael grew up in the Baltimore area and currently serves as the Director of Sales for ZBest Executive Global Transportation Services. Working for ZBest has sent Michael all over the country, including Miami for Super Bowl XLI. He is on the Board of the Baltimore Area Concierge Association, and is a member of Baltimore Travel and Tourism and NACE (National Association of Catering Executives.) Michael can be found at the concierge desk by Sections 229/230.




George Thompson
(2nd year) is returning for his second season with the Ravens. George was born in Raleigh, NC, but spent most of his young life living just a few blocks from M&T Bank Stadium. George is a Vietnam Veteran, who served in the U.S. Army for three years. George has worn many caps within the service industry, including hotel concierge, limousine company owner, retail store manager, taxi and bus driver, hotel security… and now Ravens Club Level Concierge! George will spend his time all over the Club Level on game day, but will most often be found at the concierge desk by Section 250/251 with Dee O’Horan. Please stop by to meet him!
