There are five professional concierges and two supervisors stationed throughout the Club Level. From locating your favorite food to providing directions; our concierges are prepared to assist you in every way possible to make your game day experience on the Club Level enjoyable. This season, we are fortunate enough to have all five returning concierges.
Concierge desks are located at Sections 202/203, Sections 223/224, Sections 229/230 and Sections 250/251.
Kim Ferguson (6th year) is entering her sixth season with the Ravens. Kim was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland; and graduated from James Madison University, where she worked in the Athletics Marketing Department. Her love of sports expanded beyond collegiate to professional athletics, as she spent time on the Game Night Guest Services Staff with the Washington Capitals. Kim began her career in the NFL as a summer intern with the Carolina Panthers Ticket Office. Upon graduation from JMU, Kim returned to Maryland and was hired as an intern with the Baltimore Ravens Ticket Office, before quickly earning a full-time position with the team. She is currently the Ravens’ Ticket Office Administration and Customer Service Coordinator. Kim can be found on the Club Level during all Ravens home games and is a primary service contact for Club Level PSL Owners.
Annie Demosthenous (1st year) Annie was born in San Antonio, TX and moved to the Pikesville area when she was 8 years old. She now resides in Parkville with her husband and young daughter. For the past 9 years Annie has been a concierge at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, as well as a Notary Public and a Certified Tourism Ambassador. During that time she also assisted customers at the of Cirque Du Soleil show Dralion while it was here in the Baltimore. Annie is available at the concierge desk near Section 229.
Jody Martin (1st year) Jody is a Charlottesville, VA native and resides in Federal Hill. After many years at Gilman School as a teacher, lacrosse coach, and athletics director, he worked for US Lacrosse until last November as the Men’s Division Director and is currently a consultant. Recently, Jody has helped the Ravens successfully execute the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships and the U2 concert in ticket sales and hospitality. A Ravens PSL owner since 1996, he is a big Ravens fan. Jody will be our “utility man” and can be found throughout the club level.
Stephanie Moore (1st year) Stephanie grew up in Howard County, MD and currently resides in Annapolis. She works for Maryland General Hospital as an Administrative Assistant during the week, on the weekends as a Receptionist at the Annapolis Yacht Club, and now with her little extra time a Club Level Concierge. As a child she went to Memorial Stadium to watch the Colts play and is now a Ravens PSL owner! Stephanie is available at the concierge desk near Section 251.
Megan O’Leary (1st year) Megan was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She moved to Baltimore to work for the Orioles in her current position as a Group Sales Account Executive. Before arriving in Baltimore, Megan made a stop in Kansas City, KS and Orlando, FL for internships with the Kansas City Chiefs and Orlando Magic. She loves sports and even though she grew up in Chicago and interned with the Chiefs she’s a Ravens fan! Megan is available at the concierge desk near Section 224.
Marc Ravitz (1st year) Marc was born and raised in Baltimore graduating from Milford Mill High School. After attending George Washington University, he held various management positions in the Airline and Hotel industries, including Front Office and Housekeeping at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. Currently, Marc is the Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager for Network Airline Services, a cargo sales and logistics organization and resides in Odenton with his family. Marc is available on the South side of the Club Level.
Michael Thompson (6th year) Michael grew up in the Baltimore area and is a proud graduate of Mount Saint Joseph’s High School. He is active in the Baltimore Area Concierge Association, and is a member of Baltimore Travel and Tourism and NACE (National Association of Catering Executives.) Michael was recently nominated for Hospitality and Tourism Professional of the Year, a NAF Academy Award. Michael is available on the South side of the Club Level.
George Thompson (5th year) George was born in Raleigh, NC, but spent most of his young life living just a few blocks from M&T Bank Stadium. George is a Vietnam Veteran, who served in the U.S. Army for three years. George has worn many caps within the service industry, including hotel concierge, limousine company owner, retail store manager, taxi and bus driver, hotel security… and now Ravens Club Level Concierge! George can be found at the concierge desk near Section 202.
