In light of the Ravens improving to 7-4 with a convincing 36-7 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday, the NFL has officially moved Baltimore’s Dec. 7 game against the Washington Redskins to 8:15 p.m. as part of the league’s flex scheduling.

Flex scheduling is used from Weeks 11 through 17 to ensure the best matchups are shown in the best time slots, giving teams a chance to play their way onto primetime and into the late-afternoon 4:15 PM ET time slot on CBS and FOX.

The Week 14 contest will pit two teams contending for a playoff spot against each other at M&T Bank Stadium and will be broadcast nationally on NBC.

A game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks was originally slated for the primetime feature, but that has been moved to 4:05 p.m. ET.

Heading into the 2008 campaign, the Ravens initially were given two nationally-televised contests, against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sept. 29 on Monday Night Football and a Saturday-nighter on the NFL Network.
