Media Advisory: Ravens In Our Community Tuesday

Ed Reed Fitness Day
For the second consecutive year, Ravens S Ed Reed will host a fitness day for students at The SEED School of Maryland on Tuesday (11/1). Reed and Ravens teammates will be on hand to teach students the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyles by demonstrating various drills and exercises they can do to improve their fitness.

The SEED School of Maryland is a statewide, college-preparatory, public boarding school. SEED presents deserving students from across the state with an extraordinary opportunity to receive a tuition-free education that prepares them for success in college and beyond.
