The Baltimore Ravens have a strong commitment to the community. In addition to appearances by Ravens players, coaches and staff, the team assists hundreds of charities and non-profit organizations through in-kind donations of team memorabilia. Depending on the nature and reach of the event, donations may include photos, team apparel, footballs or other merchandise. Ravens game tickets are not available due to limited availability and other restrictions. Please adhere to the following donations request guidelines.

Due to the large volume of requests we receive, the Ravens give priority to organizations in our immediate geographical area. We ask that each organization submit only one request per year in order to accommodate as many groups as possible. No telephone, fax or email requests will be accepted.

Requirements for requesting a donation from the team

1. We require a hard copy of your request on official organization letterhead
2. Please include the date of the function and some background on the charity
3. Organization's 9-digit federal tax-exempt ID number must be included
4. We need to receive the letter six (6) weeks prior to your event to allow for processing
5. You will receive a postcard alerting you if we will be able to contribute to your event
6. If approved, donations will be mailed 1-2 weeks prior to your event
