Director of Guest Experience
Reporting to the Sr. VP of Stadium Operations, the Director of Guest Experience is primarily focused on building a team-oriented culture internally and amongst stadium partners (security, concessions, parking, cleaning, etc.) that focuses on our Common Purpose to create happiness and excitement by providing exceptional experiences for our guests and our employees. This position will be the lead liaison with contractual partners on implementing the vision for the service experience. This visionary leader will own the project management of various work teams dedicated to continual process improvement through engagement and collaboration with internal and external partners. This role requires strong leadership, presentation skills, project management and the ability to communicate a persuasive vision. It is a role with great influence over how we present the Ravens Way to our football fans and our guests at every event we execute at M&T Bank Stadium.

2016 Groundskeeper Internship
The Baltimore Ravens are hiring a highly motivated fulltime(one year internship) groundskeeper to assist with the day to day maintenance with the fields and grounds at the Under Armour Performance Center, the training facility for the Ravens and to assist, when needed at the Ravens home field at M and T Bank Stadium.

2016 Ticket Office Internships
The Ticket Office intern is expected to be a self-starter and possess drive, passion for excellence, and enthusiasm for customer service. This organized individual will work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week in a professional NFL team customer service, operations and sales center. Client care, passion for sports and commitment to our fans is imperative, while contributing positively to a collaborative and fun office culture. It is our hope that the knowledge gained from this internship provides great value and experience towards future career endeavors in the sports industry.

The Stadium Operations Intern is responsible for assisting in all aspects of stadium and facility management, including but not limited to event management, guest services, housekeeping oversight, coordinating activities with stadium partners and stadium maintenance.
