Customer Service Coordinator
The customer service coordinator position is primarily focused on meeting the service related needs of our fans. How we communicate with our customers in terms of our availability, manner and content are of critical importance to how our fans perceive the organization and this position is intended to address that need directly. The customer service coordinator is charged with being a primary provider of service to our customers, both in verbal and written form, while influencing others within the office to meet our service standards in ameaningful and efficient way. In conjunction, this role has a primary responsibility in managing ADA seating as well as handling a portion of written customer responses and other writing needs within the ticket office. In addition, this role provides important assistance in the areas of: general office administration, ticket-related web site content and provisions for the day today operation of the office. These functions require strong organizational skills and strong ability to write and communicate. It is a role that has great influence over how we present ourselves to fans, while contributing to the sales and operational effortswithin the office.
