Three Ravens players to START or SIT heading into your fantasy football matchups:

The name “Crockett” may conjure images of the folksy frontiersman, but come Sunday, tight end Crockett GIllmore may be the one larger than life.
Gillmore, along with fellow tight end ![]()
The Rams have been one of the best defensive units in the NFL this season, but are coming off a brutal 37-13 blowout loss to the Chicago Bears. Zach Miller was the latest tight end to victimize the St. Louis secondary in Week 10, going off for 107 yards and 2 touchdowns.
While Gillmore is still in a timeshare with Williams and ![]()
Prediction: four receptions, 65 yards, 1 touchdown = 14.5 fantasy points
SIT: RB ![]()
In the Ravens’ first game without offensive star ![]()
The veteran running back tallied only 14 carries for 53 yards in Week 10 against the Jaguars. While the matchup wasn’t great on paper, many anticipated that Forsett would become a bigger part of the aerial attack. However, his paltry receiving numbers (four receptions, 11 yards) continued a frustrating trend in 2015.
While head coach John Harbaugh lamented Forsett’s low number of touches after the game, the Ravens’ Week 11 opponent won’t make things any easier.
The Rams are the second-highest graded defense in the league this year, according to Pro Football Focus. Against a daunting defensive line, Forsett will likely have to do most of his damage in the receiving game, which hasn’t been part of the offense thus far in 2015. While Bears running back Jeremy Langford gashed the unit in Week 10 for 73 rushing yards and 109 receiving yards, Forsett shouldn’t be trusted by fantasy owners until Trestman starts creating more opportunities for the talented back.
Prediction: 50 rushing yards, five receptions, 25 yards = 10 fantasy points
SIT: WR ![]()
Fantasy owners may have been excited following wideout Chris Givens’ seven targets and a touchdown in Week 10, but don’t expect an encore performance against the Rams’ fierce pass defense.
St. Louis is allowing the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers on the season (13.36 per game), and impressive corners Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson could create problems for the Ravens’ depleted receiving corps. Coupled with the fearsome play of defensive tackle Aaron Donald, and quarterback ![]()
While Givens certainly benefits fantasy-wise from the loss of Smith, his reliance on the deep ball makes him a boom-or-bust option. With Flacco still not showing great chemistry with the recently acquired wide receiver, more consistency and production is definitely warranted before rolling the dice on Givens.
Prediction: three receptions, 40 yards = 5.5 fantasy points
