Maryland-West Virginia Tickets On Sale Friday

Posted Apr 17, 2013

The University of Maryland and West Virginia University football teams will continue their interstate rivalry for the fourth-straight season in a contest held at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 21. The game time will be announced this summer.

Tickets for the game go on sale to the general public on Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. Special VIP hospitality packages with prime club level seating and/or lower level tents are also available on both an individual and group basis. The Ravens expect a sellout crowd for the event.

Tickets will be available at the following rates:

  • Upper Level – $65
  • Lower Level – $75
  • Club Level – $115

In addition, a limited amount of on-site parking will be available for advance purchase for $35.

“Maryland-West Virginia is an important rivalry for many people in this region,” Ravens vice president of ticket sales and operations Baker Koppelman stated. “We are very excited that M&T Bank Stadium and the City of Baltimore will provide the backdrop for this great college football game.”

Having played annually from 1980-2007, Maryland and West Virginia meet for the fourth-consecutive season after a two-year break (2008-09) in the series. The Mountaineers own a 26-21-2 all-time series lead that began in 1919. In a matchup held last season in Morgantown, West Virginia prevailed, 31-21.
