The Ravens and Patriots are both healthy for Sunday's AFC championship matchup at Gillette Stadium.

The biggest question mark for the Ravens coming into the game was rookie running back Bernard Pierce, who missed two days of practice this week with a knee injury.

Pierce is active and expected to be the No. 2 back behind starter Ray Rice.

Fullback Vonta Leach (ankle/knee) was also limited during the week of practice, but he is active and expected to start. Leach has dealt with the injury throughout the second half of the season, but he has not been forced to miss any games.

On the defensive side, linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (ankle/back) is active after being a limited participant Friday. He was a full participant Wednesday and Thursday, but was listed as questionable on the final injury report.

Ellerbe will have a critical role Sunday in limiting the Patriots' pass-heavy offense that utilizes tight ends and running backs coming out of the backfield.

The scratches for the Ravens are cornerback Asa Jackson, offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, defensive linemen DeAngelo Tyson and Bryan Hall, safety Omar Brown, linebacker Adrian Hamilton and wide receiver Deonte Thompson.

Wide receiver David Reed is active this week after being scratched last week. His main role will be on special teams, which allowed two touchdown returns last week against the Broncos.

The Patriots also don’t have any major injury concerns and their inactives are defensive backs Malcolm Williams and Derrick Martin, wide receiver Kamar Aiken, offensive linemen Nick McDonald and Markus Zusevics, and defensive linemen Marcus Forston and Jake Bequette.

New England will also be without tight end Rob Gronkowksi, who was placed on injured reserve this week after re-breaking his forearm.
