The Baltimore Ravens today launched their official Snapchat handle, adding to a growing stable of social media channels designed to provide fans content wherever they are.
“We’ve long operated on the belief that we need to be where our fans are. With a massive audience, including a concentration on 13-34-year-olds, Snapchat was a logical next step,” says Ravens Senior Vice President of Digital Media & Broadcasting Michelle Andres.
To access the handle, fans can simply open the Snapchat app and search for “bltravens” or search using the Snapcode associated with the team’s profile. [pictured below]
In addition, to celebrate the launch, the Ravens have issued a weeklong “Snap-to-It Challenge” with the opportunity to win a WR ![]()
The Ravens also have a presence on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, YouTube and Pinterest.

Snapchat is an impermanent photo and video messaging application. Using the application, users can take photos, record videos, add text and drawings, and send them to a controlled list of recipients. These sent photographs and videos are known as "Snaps."
