Rumor Mill: Who Ravens Met With At Combine

Posted Feb 25, 2014

The Ravens had 60 formal interviews at the NFL scouting combine.

For most pro prospects, the most important part of the NFL scouting combine isn’t the 40-yard dash.

Or the bench press.

Or the shuttle run.

It’s what happens away from the football field, when the players meet with coaches and executives from teams around the NFL. These interviews give teams a chance to get to know players, test their football IQ, evaluate their health and address any character concerns they may have.

“It’s just nice to put a personality to a player and see a guy’s face and his body and just see the guy in person,” Head Coach John Harbaugh said. “That’s the main thing – to hear him talk, and see what he’s all about. It’s just one more little piece.”

Each team is allotted a 15-minute formal interview with 60 prospects, and they can also conduct informal meetings during down time at the combine. The Ravens were busy meeting with a variety of players at the combine, and here is a list of the players who have reportedly met with team officials:
