
The Ravens got some good news on the injury front Sunday morning.
Outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith, who missed the entire week of practice with an ankle injury, is active for the matchup against the Browns. Smith was the team’s biggest injury question coming into the weekend, but the Ravens activated him after he looked good going through an on-field workout during warmups.
He will see a number of snaps in pass-rushing situations, especially with veteran outside linebacker ![]()

Perriman tweaked his calf in the opener last weekend, but he didn’t seem too concerned about it. He told reporters during the week that he expected to be fine, and would be ready to take on a larger workload.

The decision to make Powers inactive is also somewhat surprising. He returned to practice this week as a full participant after being sidelined with an ankle injury for much of the preseason. The Ravens will instead go with rookie slot cornerback ![]()
The inactives for Cleveland include defensive linemen Carl Nassib and Gabe Wright, wide receiver Jordan Payton, defensive backs Briean Boody-Calhoun and Marcus Burley, linebacker Scooby Wright and offensive lineman Shon Coleman.
