Why does the Ravens Emoji Keyboard ask to allow full access?
All third-party keyboards require full access in order to function properly. The alert is standard in all iOS keyboard apps. However, we do not see, store or transmit your personal information or any sensitive information such as credit card numbers, street addresses or phone numbers. Please email support@swyftmedia.com for more information.

The Ravens Emoji Keyboard is not showing up on my phone.
You must complete setup in order to use the keyboard. You can see a setup video that shows the steps in the app's Tutorial section.

In order to set up the app on your device, visit: Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add a new keyboard… > Select Ravens Emoji Keyboard. Once it has been added, tap on Ravens Emoji Keyboard > Allow Full-Access.

You can then launch the keyboard from any messaging app by taping and holding the globe icon on the bottom left corner of your keyboard and selecting the Ravens Emoji Keyboard.

I have installed the Ravens Emoji Keyboard but I don’t see the emoji in my list?
After completing the keyboard setup (explained above), you can launch the keyboard from any messaging app by taping and holding the globe icon on the bottom left corner of your keyboard and selecting the Ravens Emoji Keyboard.

I’ve selected an image and it doesn’t do anything, what next?
Once an image has been copied to the clipboard (you can do so by tapping the image one time) you can send by tapping your finger in the message window and selecting "paste." You can also double-tap the message window to summon the paste button.

Can you make the images “emoji sized” and send alongside text like the standard Unicode emoji?
At this time the third-party keyboards, including Ravens Emoji, are image-based and can only be sent in thread with text like an image.

The images are too big in the messaging app that I’m using. Can you make them smaller?
Certain messaging apps scale images up to a certain size by default. We are looking into ways to improve this experience. Please email us at support@swyftmedia.com if you experience this problem.

Can I share Ravens Emoji on Twitter?
At this time Twitter does not support image-based keyboards in the text portion of tweets, but you can still share keyboard content by saving the emoji to your device's photos and adding to a tweet as an image. To do this, double-tap the emoji you would like to share to save it to your photos. Then, from the Twitter app, select the Photo button to upload the image.

Can I share Ravens Emoji on Facebook?
At this time Facebook does not support image-based keyboards or the pasting of images into Status Updates or Comments, but you can still share keyboard content by saving the emoji to your device's photos and uploading as an image. To do this, double-tap the emoji you would like to share to save it to your photos. Then, from the Facebook app you can select the Photo button to upload the image. (Facebook Messenger does support the Ravens Emoji Keyboard.)
