Ravens Cheer Coaches

Tina Galdieri

Tina Galdieri, Director and Coach of the National Football League Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders, has acted as the head coach of the program since its inception in 1998. She has played an integral part in the development of the only co-ed squad in the league. Tina's incorporation of both a dance and stunt squad has helped create a cheerleading experience that keeps fans of all ages entertained.

Tina's passion for cheerleading and dance transcends business. Tina spent her college years as a member of the Terrapin Co-Ed Squad at the University of Maryland. During this time, she earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Tina accrued respect early on as a two time high school and collegiate All-American Cheerleader. After college, she cheered in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympic Games and traveled to Spain to cheer on the World Football League Barcelona Dragons. As a coach, Tina has experienced similar success. She led the University of Maryland All Girl squad to a NCA National Championship in 1999.

Keren Kreitzer

Keren Kreitzer enters her ninth season as dance team coach for the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. Keren has had involvement with the squad since 1999, when she cheered as a member of the dance team. Evidenced by her five seasons as a dance team captain, Keren possesses an unparalleled ability to lead. During her time on the team, Keren represented the Baltimore Ravens as an All Star NFL Cheerleader in Japan and Korea in 2001. She also helped cheer on the World Champion Baltimore Ravens in Superbowl XXXV.

Keren began her success as a member of the elite dance team at Towson University. She helped lead the team to win the National Championship title in 1999. Keren earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's degree and Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology. She has been honored by the Maryland School Psychologists' Association for her dedication to helping children with disabilities. In 2010 they awarded Keren with the "School Psychologist of the Year" award.

Will Stokes

Will Stokes has acted as the coach of the Baltimore Ravens Stunt Team for the past eleven seasons. As a former member of the stunt team, Will brings firsthand experience to the only co-ed stunt team in the National Football League. Before taking the position as head stunt coach, Will was a member of the stunt team for seven seasons. He acted as captain for five seasons. During his time with the stunt team he performed in Iraq on the AFE Tour in 2005 and cheered for the World Champion Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XXXV.

Will began his stunt career as a gymnast. He began cheering in high school, and continued his pursuit in college as a member of the Morgan State University cheerleading squad. While attending Morgan State University, Will earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering and currently acts as a full time Project Manager for a large construction management firm in Washington DC.
