The following information is designed to assist you in making a request to include the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders in your upcoming event or program. Each request will be given a fair and individual evaluation and, if deemed necessary by our office, may vary from the following guidelines.
A request will only be considered if it is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Upon receipt of the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders Appearance Application, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a written response to your request.
Members of the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders - both female and male - are available for appearances from mid-May through December. Due to the practice schedule, cheerleaders are unable to make appearances on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Generally speaking, cheerleader appearances will range from two to four hours in length with a minimum of two cheerleaders participating. Depending on the event/location, appearance fees range from $175 to $300 per cheerleader, per hour. Based upon the nature of the request, an appearance fee will be determined.
Cheerleader fees are as follows and do not include travel fees:
Fundraisers Charity & Non-Profit Organizations (501c3):
$175 per cheerleader, per hour
This is only for organizations that are directly related to a charity.
Commercial/Corporate Functions & Private Parties:
$300 per cheerleader, per hour
This includes Trade Shows, Business Functions, Expos and Grand Openings as well as birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, Country Clubs and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs.
