The Ravens are hosting their annual Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive (L.I.F.T.) conference to empower the next generation of female athletes to harness and develop their leadership skills. The conference will feature special presenters including Ravens coaches and local college athletes. The conference is open to high school female athletes (Freshman, Sophomore and Junior).
