The Ravens can go 3-0 for the second-straight season, which would set them up well for back-to-back games against two playoff contenders: the Pittsburgh Steelers and Oakland Raiders. Baltimore wants to keep its hot start alive heading into a critical division rivalry game.
History
The Ravens and Jaguars will meet for the fourth-straight year. Baltimore won two of the previous four, with two tightly-contested games the past two years. The Jaguars stole a win in M&T Bank Stadium, 22-20, in 2015 when referees, as was later admitted by the NFL, should have flagged a last-second penalty. The Jags won on a walk-off field goal. The Ravens got a late interception and field-goal block last year in Jacksonville to pull out a 19-17 win. Overall, the Jaguars lead the regular-season series, 11-9.

Ravens' Ability to Replace Marshal Yanda
The loss of six-time Pro Bowl guard Marshal Yanda for the rest of the season (ankle) is a significant blow to the Ravens' already injury-struck offensive line. How significant? Sunday's game will be a good barometer, as the Jaguars have a talented front seven that racked up a staggering 10 sacks in Week 1, then dipped to just one sack in Week 2.
Time for Some Big Plays?The Ravens offense has operated efficiently thus far behind a strong rushing attack and short-to-intermediate passing game. What they haven't done yet is hit the big play outside of Jeremy Maclin's 48-yard touchdown in Week 1, but the receiver picked up a bulk of the yards after a short pass. Speedy outside receivers Mike Wallace and Breshad Perriman have a combined three catches for 20 yards. Wallace had fun with reporters Wednesday, saying he needs the rock. Will the Ravens give it to him? Jacksonville has the league's fourth-best pass defense, surrendering just 161 yards per game.
Baltimore's Run Defense
Defensive tackle Brandon Williams is dealing with a foot injury. Williams didn't make the trip to London, which leaves a big hole in the Ravens' run defense. Insert Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette, who is a big, fast runner and has put up 140 rushing yards and two touchdowns thus far this season. Baltimore needs to stop the run first.

Ravens defense vs. QB Blake Bortles
The Ravens have an NFL-high 10 turnovers in just two games this season. That includes eight interceptions. Bortles has been a turnover machine since entering the league in 2014. He's been in the NFL's top five in interceptions each of those three years. He led the league with 18 picks and 14 fumbles in 2015. Bortles has two interceptions and one fumble so far this year. The Ravens will look to force him into more mistakes.
RT Austin Howard vs. DE Calais Campbell
According to Pro Football Focus, Howard has been the Ravens' best offensive lineman so far this season. Signed during training camp, Howard has caught on quickly. Now he'll face the NFL's sack leader. Campbell got four sacks in the Jaguars' Week 1 blowout win over the Houston Texans. The two-time Pro Bowler was shut out the following week versus the Tennessee Titans.
WR Mike Wallace vs. CB Jalen Ramsey
Ramsey and Steve Smith Sr. went at it last year when Ramsey was a confident rookie. He still has that confidence, if not more now. Wallace isn't shy either. Watch for fireworks here throughout the game between two ultra-competitive players. Wallace hinted to reporters that this could be the game where he breaks out. He won't have it easy by any means against Ramsey.
