Ravens second-year defensive tackle Carl Davis did so yesterday, surprising his mom, Ovella Davis, at her church in a new BMW he bought for her.

You've got to watch her freak out (and tears):

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Carl has a definite soft spot for his mom.

Ravens big men have much love for the women who raised them. Last year, offensive guard John Urschel and former Ravens guard Kelechi Osemele both bought their moms new homes.
