Region's marquee tournament to be played throughout North America from July 7-26 

BALTIMORE(Tuesday, December 16, 2014) – M&T Bank Stadium and the City of Baltimore will welcome the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup next July, hosting a knockout round date. The complete groups and schedule, including selection of dates and matches for the knockout round and the awarding of the Final, will be announced in 2015.

M&T Bank Stadium is a multi-purpose football stadium located in Baltimore, Maryland. After breaking ground in 1996, M&T Bank Stadium officially opened in 1998, and is the home of the Baltimore Ravens of the NFL. The first soccer match took place on July 24, 2009 as part of the World Football Challenge between English Premier League club Chelsea F.C. and Italian Serie A team A.C. Milan in front of a sell-out crowd of 71,203.

M&T Bank Stadium will host its second-consecutive Gold Cup knockout round date, having hosted a quarterfinal in 2013 featuring the United States, in front of more than 70,000 fans. 

Taking place every two years, the Gold Cup is the official national team championship of the region, routinely drawing capacity crowds and millions of viewers across the region. Featuring the best players from the confederation, the tournament includes the region's current top 12 national teams.
