Ed Reed Fitness Day
For the third-consecutive year, Ravens S Ed Reed will host a fitness day for youth at Booker T. Washington Middle School on Tuesday (10/9). Reed and fellow teammates will be on hand to teach students the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyles by demonstrating various drills and exercises they can do to improve their fitness.

Play 60 Challenge Kick-Off Assembly
The Baltimore Ravens and Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association will continue their promotion of the in-school Play 60 Challenge on Tuesday (10/9) as part of the national NFL Play 60 campaign aimed at getting children active for at least 60 minutes a day. Ravens LB Brendon Ayanbadejo, Ravens cheerleaders and official mascot Poe, will host an assembly for students at Windsor Mill Middle School (Baltimore, Md.) to discuss the importance of physical activity in their everyday lives. Additional Play 60 kick-off assemblies were previously held at Dundalk Middle School and Linton Springs Elementary School last Tuesday (10/2).

The Live Positively: Get the Ball Rolling Fit Clinic, Presented by Coca-Cola
The Baltimore Ravens and Coca-Cola are partnering once again to promote active, healthy living among youth in the Baltimore area. The Live Positively: Get the Ball Rolling Fit Clinic will be held on Tuesday (10/9) at M&T Bank Stadium. Ravens president Dick Cass will address the participants and highlight the efforts both organizations are making to encourage physical activity and nutrition education. Following the presentation, TE Ed Dickson and TE Dennis Pitta will lead fitness drills for the children that amplify the important messages of eating right, being active and leading a balanced healthy lifestyle.
