The Ravens added a cornerback to their practice squad Monday afternoon, signing undrafted rookie Lou Young.
Young is an undrafted rookie out of Georgia Tech. He started all 13 games as a senior and recorded 40 tackles and two interceptions.
The 5-foot-11, 209-pound Young has good size and awareness. According to his draft report, he plays the ball well in front of him, is good in zone coverage and has experience playing the nickel.
The Washington D.C. native and Good Counsel High School (Olney, Md.) product originally signed with the Denver Broncos after the draft, but did not make their final 53-man roster. He logged five tackles and had one sack in the preseason.
Baltimore had an open spot on its 10-man practice squad after cornerback Jamell Fleming was signed off it by the Kansas City Chiefs last week to their active 53-man roster.
