Fans shouldn't worry about whether new Ravens safety Michael Huff will be up to speed when training camp opens next week.
He's currently training with former Olympic gold medalist Michael Johnson.
Huff, a Texas native, tweeted about working out at Michael Johnson Performance in McKinney, TX, on Monday afternoon.

Johnson is a four-time Olympic track and field gold medalist, spanning from Barcelona in 1992, Atlanta in 1996 and Sydney in 2000. During his 11-year career, Johnson established a record of 13 Olympic and World Championship medals – all of them gold.
Huff may not beat Johnson in any footraces, but he is a pretty good runner himself.
In addition to playing football, Huff was on the University of Texas track and field team. He recorded personal bests of running the 60 meters in 6.82 seconds, 100 meters in 10.36 seconds and 200 meters in 21.18 seconds.
Huff ran the 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine in 4.34 seconds, tied for the fifth-fastest time that year among all prospects. That may partly explain why he was drafted by the Raiders seventh overall in 2006.
Remember this when there's more discussion about the Ravens defense being faster this year.
P.S. – No word on whether Huff will be donning golden spikes this season.
