Please note: All guests booking a gameday stadium tour must have a valid game ticket (sold separately) for entry into the stadium. Game tickets will be scanned prior to the start of the tour. Complimentary parking is not provided for gameday tours.

All guests that book a tour will receive complimentary parking in Lot D. Please arrive 15-minutes before your scheduled tour time. Directions to the Lot are below. All guests entering the stadium are subject to physical screening. Please leave all bags in your vehicle upon arrival or they will be screened upon entry. All guests over 18 must provide a valid ID upon entry (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.). Food & beverage except water is prohibited to bring inside the stadium. Guests are permitted & encouraged to take photos during the duration of the tour; however, video recordings are prohibited. M&T Bank Stadium Tour Guides have the right to cancel a tour if these policies are violated.

From the North

From I-95, take Exit 53 to I-395. Exit right towards M.L. King Jr. Blvd. Take the Russell St exit. Turn left onto Lee St. Turn left onto Russell St. Make slight right onto Service Drive after Hamburg St. Turn left onto Ostend St. Turn left onto Russell St (Service Drive). Turn right at guard station. Lot D is on the right.

From the South

From I-95, take Exit 52 to Russell St North. Turn right onto W Hamburg St. Turn Right on Leadenhall St. Turn right onto Ostend St. Cross over the Ostend St. bridge. Lot D is on the right.

From Downtown

Take Lombard St or Pratt St to Greene St which becomes Russell St. Make slight right onto Service Drive after Hamburg St. Turn left onto Ostend St. Turn left onto Russell St (Service Drive). Turn right at guard station. Lot D is on the right.

Please enter the stadium at the Southeast lobby located across from Lots D/E.

Guests participating in a Gameday Tour should enter through the North Plaza Gate and proceed to the "Raven" Membership Club Lobby, located on the Main Concourse at Section 152, for check-in. The North Plaza opens one (1) hour before the regular stadium gates on gameday, providing early access for guests with a ticket to the game.  Guests should be prompt when arriving for check-in as the tour begins 15 minutes after the Plaza opens.

Upon arrival at the Raven Lobby, please have your confirmation email available and ready to present to staff. You will receive your Gameday Tour credential at check-in, which is required for tour participation.

Please be advised that parking is not included or provided for Gameday Tour guests. Guests who wish to drive should purchase parking in advance through available stadium parking options. Alternatively, guests are encouraged to utilize ride-share services, public transportation, or other alternative transportation methods to travel to and from the stadium.

All M&T Bank Stadium Tours are subject to cancellation at any time. M&T Bank Stadium Tour Manager will communicate cancellations and refunds will be processed accordingly. M&T Bank Stadium Tours may be cancelled for a full refund given a 48 hour notice before the scheduled tour time. Please message stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may take up to 7 –10 business days to process.
