Our brand-new primary daily retail store, Flock Shop, located in the newly constructed North Plaza, will be your go-to spot for official team gear. This expanded operation offers a wider selection of merchandise, faster checkout options, and exclusive product drops. Most importantly, the North Plaza retail store will be open year-round, Monday through Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (closed on holidays). Make sure to stop by before, during, or after the game to stock up on the latest team apparel and memorabilia.

In addition to the North Plaza location, we've introduced another Flock Shop on the west side of the stadium (gameday only), in the space previously occupied by the main ticket office. This store is designed to reduce wait times and improve accessibility for fans seated near the west end. It will feature a curated selection of high-demand merchandise and quick-service retail options.

An ultra-premium field-level club with unique team access on the Ravens sideline, The Trust offers a lounge-like atmosphere with design touches reminiscent of early 1900's Baltimore banks. The club will offer members convenient access from the main concourse, at section 127, views of the player tunnel & press conference room, as well as all-inclusive luxury food & premium services. Annual memberships in "The Trust" are currently sold out and accepting wait list requests.

This elevated club experience at field level on the visitor's sideline will feature thematic touches related to the team's namesake, Edgar Allen Poe's famous poem "The Raven". The club offers members convenient access from the main concourse, at section 152. All members will enjoy a social bar area with seating, screens, climate control throughout the game, and all-inclusive luxury food & premium services. Annual memberships in The Raven are currently sold out and accepting wait list requests.

This field-level space behind the west end zone offers a new club experience to fans looking to add a premium option to their gameday through a Champions Club membership. With limited availability, memberships are available for PSL Owners to add to elevate their overall gameday experience. This club will be home to two featured bars celebrating each of the Ravens' Super Bowl victories, with all-inclusive food and beverage and premium service.

Introducing the Legends Suites — luxury suites designed for an unforgettable game-day experience. Legends Suite Holders will take in the game from two rows of seating directly on the field in the west end zone of M&T Bank Stadium. Guests will not only have access to a private suite area, but also a members-only social area outfitted with bar and food service stations before, during and after the game.

Debuting later this season, The Landing is a modern, social rooftop deck located above the new retail store in the NE Plaza. With panoramic views of Baltimore and a vibrant pregame atmosphere, The Landing is designed as a fresh new hospitality space, open to the public, for fans to gather and kick off gameday in style.

To ensure fans never miss a moment, we've added more high-definition video elements throughout the main concourse. Whether you're grabbing a snack or heading to your seat, updated large-scale viewing technology lets you stay connected to the game from anywhere in the stadium.

Our popular Guest Service Kiosks will debut in The Perch and will be your one-stop spot for fan assistance, from lost and found to stadium information and accessibility support. Staffed by our guest services team, it's here to help make your experience smooth and enjoyable.

We've introduced a new Open Gate Technology at Gates B & D to streamline entry for our guests. This walk-through screening system allows fans to enter without removing items from pockets or bags, significantly reducing wait times and enhancing security.

Two of our stadium entrances have been officially renamed. Gate D is now The Southwest Gate, and Gate B is now the McCormick Gate. These updated names are reflected on all signage and digital maps. Be sure to make an entry plan in advance for a smoother entry experience on game day.
