Reduced Capacity FAQs

Reduced Capacity FAQs

Will fans be able to attend games at M&T Bank Stadium?

Due to ongoing restrictions on public gathering, we must have permission from state and local authorities to host games. That permission is still pending. Based on the social distancing guidelines and fan safety protocols developed by health experts, governmental officials and the NFL, the safest way to host fans at M&T Bank Stadium is with a reduced seating capacity. With current guidelines, the suggested maximum number of fans we would host is 14,000 (capacity number subject to change).

How does this impact PSL Owners?

Due to the significant drop in capacity, 2020 season tickets have been deferred until 2021. PSL owners will not lose the rights to their seats when we resume in 2021.

Are PSL Owners able to sit in their current seat location if single game tickets become available?

With the creation of a new socially distanced, seat configuration with the implementations of health protocols, it is unlikely or not possible for PSL owners to purchase their exact seat location. It would also be subject to the process used for individual ticket sales.

How does this affect Single Game Tickets?

Single-Game Tickets are not currently for sale. For those who have already purchased through NFL-licensed channels, please review information regarding the refund policy, as those tickets are no longer available due to the reduced capacity. The refund policies for single game tickets purchased through NFL Licensed Channels are as follows (the Ravens do not currently offer primary ticket sales via SeatGeek or StubHub):

  • Ticketmaster: Automatic refunds provided for all primary and resale ticket purchases within 30 days of cancellation.
  • SeatGeek: Refunds provided upon request for all primary and resale ticket purchases within 30 days of cancellation.
  • StubHub: No refunds except in states where it is required by law (Maryland does not have that requirement). Credit issued worth 120% of original order. Credit expires in 2022 and can be used on any future StubHub purchase.

If Single-Game tickets become available over the course of the season, options will be shared with PSL Owners and previous ticket buyers. Monitor for more information when it becomes available.

I paid my invoice already, how do I request a refund?

All payments made for the 2020 season have been credited to each account. Account holders have the option to leave credits on the account to be applied against 2021 renewal. Refunds can be requested via the same method as the payment was made (same credit card or check). If you choose to leave the funds as an account credit, there is no need to contact the Ravens. If you are requesting a full refund, please email this request to or call (410) 261-7283.
