In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into NFL stadiums, M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only the following types of bags are allowed:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12" x 6" x 12" is available through club merchandise outlets).
• One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags/belt bags are allowed but should not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" , with or without a handle or strap. These can be carried separately or within a clear plastic bag.

All gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Parking lots will open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff. Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid entrance delays, particularly in colder weather. Re-entry into M&T Bank Stadium is not permitted.

If medical items are required (e.g. diaper bags, medical bags, medications, etc.), be sure to have them with you upon entry. Please go through the Family Medical Lanes located at all four main gates: MedStar Health Gate A, Gate B, Gate C, and Southwest Gate D.

All guests entering the stadium are subject to search. Refusal to comply may be grounds to prohibit admission. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated.

Ravens fans are the best in the NFL due to their enthusiasm, team support and sportsmanship. Fans help shape the Ravens' image. We encourage our fans to create a high-energy environment in lending support to the team while maintaining a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.

Abusive/foul or offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault, fighting, unruly behavior or behavior that is illegal in nature will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection without refund. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified regarding any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior will result in the loss of rights to PSL's and Season Tickets.

All game day employees work hand in hand at each of our games to ensure your game day experience is a positive one. Have fun, root hard, show respect for the fans around you, but don't be a jerk!

Accessible (ADA) seating is available throughout the stadium on all levels. Guests who require ADA seating, including PSL Owners, should contact the Ticket Office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) to purchase those seats in advance. Seats are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and ADA seating may not be available on game day. ADA parking is located in Lots B/C and Lot R (located off of the Russell Street Service Drive). ADA parking cannot be purchased in advance and is first come, first-serve. Access to disabled parking spaces is limited to vehicles with state-issued disabled license plates or valid disabled hangtags. In addition, the person to whom the disabled tag was issued must be in the vehicle and will be asked to provide a state MVA disabled registration card, state-issued identification and a valid game ticket. Parking lots will open 4 and a half hours prior to kickoff and tailgating is prohibited. Kits for guests with sensory disabilities are available at stadium guest services locations.

A designated bicycle parking area at M&T Bank Stadium is conveniently located behind the Bud Light Bash tents by Southwest Gate D. The area is marked with a large reflective sign and is monitored by security personnel during Ravens games. Please do not use railings, light poles or trees around M&T Bank Stadium to secure bicycles.

Situated in the former press level, Blackwing guests enjoy the best game-action views in M&T Bank Stadium with the most luxurious accommodations available.

Located on the lower-level concourse near section 134, this area features Budweiser products and multiple televisions.

Children age 2 and under may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have a ticket to the game.

The Ravens have teamed up with Home Team Captions and Caption Colorado to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at all home games. Closed captioning for the public address system is available on the ribbon boards around the seating bowl, as well as in the Ravens' official mobile app. Closed captioning for the Ravens' radio broadcast is also available in the official mobile app.

All tickets will be scanned at entry to the club level. Only guests holding valid club or suite level tickets will be allowed entry. Tickets must be scanned out when exiting the club level to be valid for re-entry.

The Ravens will eject any person whose behavior is unacceptable or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be de-activated without refund and the offender(s) will be escorted from M&T Bank Stadium. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified of any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior could result in the loss of PSL's and Season Tickets. Fans arrested or ejected from the stadium will be prohibited from attending future Ravens games until they have completed an online fan conduct class and they submit a letter of apology to the Ravens regardless of the results of the review process. Unauthorized fans who enter the field surface at any point during the game are considered trespassers and will be arrested.

There are eighteen (18) elevator locations in M&T Bank Stadium. There are two banks of elevators located on both the North and South sides of the stadium for use by suite patrons, holding either suite tickets or guest passes, and disabled persons.

Any items found should be delivered immediately to a guest services location, club level concierge desk, or to a stadium team member. To recover lost items once you have left the stadium, please leave a voicemail and submit a lost and found report. There is a voicemail system checked daily for lost and found. The phone number is (410) 230- 8505. Please submit a lost and found report and provide as much detail as possible. If your item is found, a representative will contact you. Items will be held for 90 days.

All guests are encouraged to visit a Guest Services Center with their children to obtain an ID wristband. The child's name, wristband number, and seat location is registered in a confidential log book. Any child who is lost would then be escorted to a Guest Services Center and quickly returned to his/her respective seat location.

NOTE: Depending on the needs of the guest, this service is available to all, regardless of age.

Located near Gate B and open to all guests with a game ticket 1 hour before gates open. Miller Lite Gatehouse typically remains open 90 minutes after the game.

For personal accounts, changes can only be made if legally your name has changed due to marriage or divorce. For these changes, proof of documentation may be required.

This can be submitted via email (ravens.ticketoffice@ravens.nfl.net) or via mail. Requests must be made on company letterhead or submitted by the current secondary contact on the account.

The PSL Owner must include their account number. Account holder signature is required if sending via mail. If sent via email, the email must be sent by the account holder's email address on file.

Kick off your game day early at North Plaza, opening one hour before stadium gates for all guests with a valid game ticket. This vibrant pregame destination is home to the Bud Light Talon, Frank's RedHot Backstage, NE Flock Shop, Under Armour Landing, and Xfinity FlockYard, plus access to the main concourse between Sections 151 and 102.

RV, Camper, and Sprinter Van parking is permitted in Lot H and Lot O. However, if guest safety is compromised in the view of the Baltimore City Fire Marshall, these parking procedures for RVs, Campers, and Sprinter Vans may be altered. For oversized parking availability, contact the Ravens Ticket Office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) in advance of gameday.

The following terms and conditions must be adhered to for RV, Camper, and Sprinter Vans parking in Lot H and Lot O:

1. RVs, Campers, and Sprinter Vans must arrive to the lot no later than 3 hours prior to game time or entry to the lot will not be permitted. No refunds will be issued at that point. The Ravens and SP+ are not responsible for finding alternative parking.
2. Guests must possess two (2) parking passes to park an RV, Camper, or Sprinter Van in the designated Oversized Parking area. If a second pass is needed, it can be purchased at the current rate upon entry to the parking lot.
3. The Designated Oversized Parking Area is located on the South perimeter of the lot only. ALL RVs, Campers, and Sprinter Vans must fit entirely within a 9' x 18' space. This area does allow for vehicles to hang over onto the sidewalk.

Fans without parking permits can visit www.baltimoreravens.com/parking for options to purchase parking with ParkMobile or view a map of downtown parking options.

Standard Parking Plus (SP+) is the parking operator for the Camden Yards Sports Complex and they can be reached by calling 410-347-9330. Parking lots open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff and all lots at M&T Bank Stadium are sold in advance by permit only.

All oversized vehicles including RVs, campers, and sprinter vans can be accommodated. For oversized parking availability, contact the Ravens Ticket Office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) in advance of gameday.

Tailgating rules apply, and all tailgating activities on stadium-controlled parking lots must end 30 minutes after the start of the event; after which fans must enter the stadium or otherwise leave the parking lots.

Incidents of inappropriate behavior or ejection involving guests holding tickets for PSL seat locations are reviewed to determine if the incident violates PSL Agreement fan conduct provisions. The review of the incident would include the following:

1. A determination of the nature and seriousness of the incident. Any incident resulting in ejection would be considered serious.
2. The relationship the offender(s) has to the PSL Owner.
3. How the tickets were acquired by the offender(s).
4. Past history of incidents related to the PSL Owner or PSL account or the offenders.
5. A notification of the incident and results of the review will be provided by mail to the PSL Owner once the review is completed.

Guests using rideshare as a form of transportation for game day can be dropped off on Warner St. to the south, Hanover St. to the East, or Pratt St. to the North.

Take your game-day experience to new heights at the Roof Deck, located atop the Miller Lite Gatehouse. Open to all guests with a valid game ticket one hour before stadium gates open, this elevated gathering space offers a unique place to meet up, relax, and take in the pregame atmosphere before heading to your seats.

The Roof Deck remains open for up to 60 minutes after the game (subject to schedule), making it a great spot to continue the excitement and celebrate after the final whistle.

Access: Located on top of the Miller Lite Gatehouse.

The safety and security of our guests is our top priority, and the M&T Bank Stadium Security Command Center is where that starts. Space has been added allowing our security team to continue to monitor traffic on streets, manage congestion in parking lots and gates, address guest concerns in seating bowl and concourses and help us communicate better with our team members throughout the stadium. It's an area that our guests don't see but plays a critical role for all of us on gameday.
