NFL BAG POLICY

In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into NFL stadiums, M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only the following types of bags are allowed:

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12" x 6" x 12" is available through club merchandise outlets).
  • One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags/belt bags are allowed but should not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" , with or without a handle or strap. These can be carried separately or within a clear plastic bag.

Admission Policy

All gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Parking lots will open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff. Due to heightened security measures at the gates, we strongly urge all guests to arrive at the stadium as early as possible to avoid entrance delays, particularly in colder weather. Re-entry into M&T Bank Stadium is not permitted. If medication is required, be sure to have it with you upon entry. All guests entering the stadium are subject to search. Refusal to comply may be grounds to prohibit admission. Guest will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated.

Fan Credo Expectations

When you attend a game at M&T Bank Stadium, you should expect a great deal from this event. Our goals are:

  • Excellent competition: The Ravens goal is to go to and win Super Bowls.
  • Excellent effort: Ravens players are expected to give their best on every play.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction: Ravens and stadium employees will do everything possible to make your day at the stadium the best it can be.
  • The best video display boards and sound system in any stadium in the country.
  • A clean stadium, especially in the restrooms and concession areas.
  • Concessionaires who serve the best and most varied food in any stadium.
  • The friendliest, most courteous, knowledgeable and efficient game day staff anywhere.
  • Fellow fans who celebrate the Ravens and the NFL experience, but who do not interfere with other fans enjoyment of the game.

Fan Behavior

Ravens fans are the best in the NFL due to their enthusiasm, team support and sportsmanship. Fans help shape the Ravens' image. We encourage our fans to create a high-energy environment in lending support to the team while maintaining a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.

Abusive/foul or offensive language or obscene gestures, to include the use of such language or gestures concerning a person's race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage a confrontation or physical assault, fighting, unruly behavior or behavior that is illegal in nature will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection without refund. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified regarding any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior will result in the loss of rights to PSL's and Season Tickets.

All game day employees work hand in hand at each of our games to ensure your game day experience is a positive one. Have fun, root hard, show respect for the fans around you, but don't be a jerk!

Accessible (ADA) Seating and Parking

Accessible (ADA) seating is available throughout the stadium, on all three levels. Guests who require ADA seating, including PSL Owners, should contact the ticket office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) to purchase those seats in advance. Seats are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and ADA seating may not be available on game day. ADA parking is located in lots B/C and Lot R (located off of the Russell Street service drive). ADA parking cannot be purchased in advance and is first-come, first-serve. Access to disabled parking spaces is limited to vehicles with disabled license plates or valid disabled hangtags. In addition, the person to whom the disabled tag was issued must be in the vehicle, will be asked to provide a state MVA disabled registration card, state-issued identification and a valid game ticket. Parking lots will open 4 and a half hours prior to kickoff and tailgating is prohibited.

Address Change

To change the address on a PSL account, the request must be submitted in writing. The PSL Owner should include the account number on the fax or letter. An email notice must come from the email address listed on the account.

For business accounts, please send the address update on company letterhead, including a signature from the secondary account name, a President or CEO.

Alcohol

Fans must be 21 or older to purchase/consume alcoholic beverages at the stadium and parking lots. Proper identification is required to purchase any alcoholic beverage. The Ravens and our concessionaire reserve the right to check proof of legal drinking age. Guests will not be permitted to enter the stadium if they are visibly intoxicated. Drunk and disorderly behavior will result in ejection from the stadium without refund. A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per purchase is permitted, which may be reduced without prior notice. All alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the third (3rd) quarter, but may be discontinued at any time at the discretion of stadium management.

Area Parking Garages and Surface Lots

All lots at M&T Bank Stadium are sold in advance by permit only. If you do not have a permit, please consider an area garage or surface lot. Look for the Ravens logo at downtown parking locations! There are more than 30,000 spaces in garages and lots North, East, South and West of M&T Bank Stadium. Ravens Ride

Ravens Ride offers a safe, comfortable and convenient transportation solution with departures from Carney, Jessup, South West & White Marsh Park and Rides as well as Manchester, Westminster and Owings Mills.

The "Ravens Walk" bus will depart 3.5 hours prior to kickoff so you may enjoy Ravens Walk before the game! Reservations are strongly suggested for the "Ravens Walk" bus. For more information on pricing, pickup times, and to find the location nearest you, please visit www.ravensride.net.

Season bus passes are available at discounted rates, and pre-season game transportation is also available.

ATM Machines (Reverse ATM Machines)

M&T Bank Stadium is a cashless venue as of Nov. 1, 2020. Reverse ATMs are located at Sections 117, 146, 250, 502, and 529. There is a $20 cash minimum for a VISA pre-paid debit card. There is NO surcharge for the card. Cards cannot be reloaded, so please consider putting more on the card than less for the future. The card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted, and remaining funds may be used elsewhere if a balance remains.

Banners

Banners are permitted provided they are not commercial, political, offensive, or in poor taste. Banners may not obstruct the view of any fans; cover existing stadium signage including fascia walls/field walls or markings; or present any safety hazard. Banners or flags may not be attached to a pole.

Bicycle Parking

Bicycle Parking - The designated bicycle parking area at M&T Bank Stadium is conveniently located along the Gwynns Falls Trail, between gates B & C. The area is marked with a large reflective sign and is monitored by security personnel during Ravens games.

Cameras/Video Equipment

Small still photography cameras are permitted in the stadium during Ravens games. Small pocket sized digital cameras with a zoom lens 6 inches or shorter are permitted. Larger 35mm cameras cannot exceed 3 inches in length. Please refrain from using flash photography. Video cameras are strictly prohibited. NFL policy prohibits the video taping of any Ravens game unless written authorization has been obtained from the Baltimore Ravens

Charging Stations

Charging stations for mobile phones and devices are available, courtesy of Verizon. Charging stations are available at sections 100, 117, 132, 144, 500, 516, 526, & 551. On the Club Level, charging stations are available in the Northeast and Southwest elevator lobbies.

Closed Captioning

The Ravens have teamed up with Home Team Captions and Caption Colorado to provide closed captioning for deaf and hard of hearing individuals at all home games. Closed captioning for the public address system is available on the ribbon boards around the seating bowl, as well as in the Ravens' official mobile app. Closed captioning for the Ravens' radio broadcast is also available in the official mobile app.

Captioning is available via personal smartphones or a courtesy handset acquired on gameday. Deaf and hard of hearing guests can enable their personal device at any time by following these easy steps:

For the Ravens' Radio Broadcast:
• Go to www.mobilecap.net.
• When prompted, enter your name and event ID 1016.
• The program will start running automatically.
• Please remember to log out after the event.

The courtesy handsets can be acquired on game day at any Guest Services Location (Section 100, 127, 500, or 527), or at the Club Level Concierge Desks (Sections 202, 223, 229, or 250) inside M&T Bank Stadium.

Children - Age 2 and Under

Children age 2 and under may be held in an adult's lap and are not required to have a ticket to the game.

Club Level Re-Entry Policy

The Club Level is exclusive to club and suite level ticket holders. You must have a valid game day ticket for entry. When leaving the Club Level, a Club Level re-entry pass must be obtained. This pass will be required along with the Club Level game ticket to re-enter the Club Level.

Club Lounge Availability

Club lounges are available for non-gameday events and offer great views of the city. This exclusive facility is available for weddings, social events, business meetings and other functions. Contact Ravens Ticket Office (410) 261-7283 to book your event.

Concessions

Ravens fans can expect outstanding quality and value when seeking refreshments. Aramark, a nationally recognized leader in stadium concessions, provides an extensive assortment of dining options, ranging from standard stadium fare to local favorites. There are 44 concession stands located on the lower and upper levels and 11 stands on the Club Level. Aramark accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Cards

The Ravens accept Visa, the preferred card of the Baltimore Ravens, and other products including MasterCard and American Express. Whether you're purchasing game tickets, breezing through the concession line or buying that special piece of merchandise, for game day, Visa is the way to go!

Designated Drivers

Fans of legal drinking age who hold a valid driver's license are eligible to become a designated driver. By accepting responsibility to drive members of the group home and pledging to not drink alcoholic beverages during the game, designated drivers receive a redeemable coupon for use at the concessions stands. Drivers can redeem the coupon for one free O'Doul's non-alcoholic beer of a Coca-Cola fountain soda during the game. Sign up at any Guest Services Center (Sections 100,127,525,553) or any of the four concierge desks on the Club Level.

Ejection

The Ravens will eject any person whose behavior is unacceptable or illegal in nature. Game tickets are collected without refund and the offender(s) will be escorted from M&T Bank Stadium. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences of their actions and PSL Owners will be notified regarding any incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Such incidents will be reviewed in conjunction with past PSL account history and patterns of inappropriate behavior could result in the loss of rights to PSL's and Season Tickets. See the Text for Help section below for more information on stadium assistance related to unacceptable behavior and PSL Incident Review for additional information on the incident review process.

Fans arrested or ejected from the stadium will be prohibited from attending future Ravens games until they have completed an online fan conduct class and they submit a letter of apology to the Ravens regardless of the results of the review process. Unauthorized fans who jump onto the field surface at any point during the game are considered trespassers and will be arrested.

PSL Account Incident Review

Incidents of inappropriate behavior or ejection involving guests holding tickets for PSL seat locations are reviewed to determine if the incident violates PSL Agreement fan conduct provisions. The review of the incident would include the following:

  1. A determination of the nature and seriousness of the incident. Any incident resulting in ejection would be considered serious.
  2. The relationship the offender(s) has to the PSL Owner.
  3. How the tickets were acquired by the offender(s).
  4. Past history of incidents related to the PSL Owner or PSL account or the offenders.
  5. A notification of the incident and results of the review will be provided by mail to the PSL Owner once the review is completed.

Elevators

There are two banks of elevators located on both the North and South sides of the stadium for use by suite patrons, holding either suite tickets or passes, and disabled persons. Only guests with suite-level tickets may enter the elevator lobbies from the exterior of the stadium. Disabled persons may enter elevator lobbies from the interior concourse. Elevators are located at sections 102, 124, 129, and 151. Elevators are also available at sections 119 and 148 for all guests and guests with disabilities.

Escalators

The Southeast Escalator provides access to the Club Level (200s), Upper Suite Level (400s) and Upper Level (500s). This escalator can be accessed near gate C, sections 119, 148, 219, 519 and suite 426. The Northwest Escalator provides access to the Upper Level (500s) and can be accessed at Gate A-2 (specifically for upper deck patrons), and sections 148 and 548.

Club Level Access: There are two private escalators that provide access to the Club Level only, located near sections 128 and 148. A club level ticket or suite ticket is required to access this level

FirstAid

Five (5) first aid stations are located throughout the stadium. MedStar Health provides medical services two (2) hours prior to the game, during the game and up to 30 minutes after the game ends. In the event of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest Ravens personnel. First aid locations are: Lower Level Concourse: Sections 100 & 127; Club Level: Section 203; Upper Level and Upper Suite Level: Sections 518 & 545.

Getting to M&T Bank Stadium

Two great options are MTA public transportation and the Ravens Ride bus service. For light rail service, subway or bus routes call the MTA at 410-539-5000 or 1-866-RIDE-MTA or visit mta.maryland.gov. Get more information on parking here.

Gate Entry to M&T Bank Stadium

Entry gates are Gate A (North), Gate B (East), Gate C (Southeast) or Gate D (Southwest), Media Gate (South), Hamburg Gate (Northwest) and two gates on the West side of the stadium. Suite entrances are exclusively for use by fans holding suite level tickets. Gates open to the public 2 hours prior to kickoff. Tickets will be scanned using bar code readers upon entry to ensure authenticity.

GUEST SERVICES CENTERS

Guest Services Centers are located throughout the stadium. Guest Services representatives assists fans during games with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, car trouble, wheelchairs and hearing impaired devices. Guest Services Centers are located on the lower level concourse (Sections 100 & 127), upper level concourse (Sections 525 & 553) and at the Club Level concierge desks (Sections 202/203, 223/224, 229/230 and 250/251).

First-time visitors are encouraged to visit one of the Guest Services centers to receive a First Game Certificate to commemorate the experience and a button to wear during the game! Buttons are also available for military appreciation, birthdays, and other celebrations.

The lower level guest services (sections 100 & 127) have been renovated to include a multi-use space for nursing mothers or guests with special needs who need to get out of the elements.

Lost and Found

Any items found should be turned in immediately to a Guest Services attendant, Club Level concierge desk or to an usher. To inquire about lost items, contact Lost & Found at 410-230-8505. Due to the volume of calls, the lost and found at M&T Bank Stadium is voicemail operated. Please leave a message indicating a description of your missing item, your name and contact information. Stadium security will return your call only if your item has been recovered.

Lost Children Wristbands

All guests are encouraged to visit a Guest Services Center with their children to obtain an ID wristband. The child's name, wristband number, and seat location is registered in a confidential log book. Any child who is lost would then be escorted to a Guest Services Center and quickly returned to his/her respective seat location.

NOTE: Depending on the needs of the guest, this service is available to all, regardless of age.

Merchandise

Stadium retail stores are operated by the Baltimore Ravens. There are 16 merchandise locations at M&T Bank Stadium. Store locations are as follows: Lower level concourse (Sections 101, 103, 113, 119, 126, 134, 144, and 148), on the Club Level (Sections 203, 226 and 248), on the upper level concourse (Sections 501, 514, 526 and 540) and a merchandise tent on Ravens Walk. MULTIPURPOSE ROOMS & NURSING MOTHERS

Our multi-purpose guest service locations in the lower level near sections 100 and 127, 503, 529, and 219 on club level provide a space that can be used for both nursing mothers and/or guests with special needs who might need to escape the elements during the game. These spaces are stocked with sensory items such as headphones, toys, etc. allowing a comfortable, quiet, private area for those that need it.

Name Change

To change the attention name on an account, requests must be submitted in writing to the Ravens ticket office by the primary account holder of record. If the account is in a company's name, the request must be made on company letterhead. The PSL Owner must include their account number and signature on the fax or letter. Depending on the nature of the change, a transfer form may be required.

Online Account Manager

PSL Owners can log in to their SeatGeek Account Manager to make payments towards their invoice(s), access mobile tickets, forward tickets to their guests , donate tickets to charity, buy tickets to an upcoming game, or post tickets for sale on SeatGeek.com.

*Please note that PSL Owners should never share account information, including account number and password, with untrusted sources.

Parking Operations

The parking operator for the Camden Yards Sports Complex is SP+. To contact SP+, call 410-347-9330. Parking lots open 4.5 hours prior to kickoff. All lots at M&T Bank Stadium are sold by permit only. Please call in advance if you have a bus or oversized vehicle.

RavensWalk

Tired of doing all the work to put on the perfect tailgate? If so, leave the food at home and head to RavensWalk for the ultimate tailgate experience for all Ravens Fans. Located on the walkway leading from Oriole Park to M&T Bank Stadium, between lots B and C, fans can experience one of the NFL's best pre-game tailgate areas. Open 3 hours before every Ravens home game, fans can enjoy a number of different bars and food stations (with special pricing), a live DJ and a big screen TV while participating in fun tailgate activities.

Restrooms

There are 46 restrooms on the upper and lower concourses and 28 on the Club Level. Family restrooms (with changing tables) are located on the lower level concourse, Sections 127 & 153; upper level concourse Sections 513, 527, 540 & 553. Changing stations are available in all restrooms. All restrooms are handicap accessible.

Smoking Policy

M&T Bank Stadium is now a smoke-free facility as required by Maryland State Law. There are no designated smoking areas inside M&T Bank Stadium. Designated smoking areas are located outside of Gates A, B, C, and D. Proceed to the designated smoking areas 25 feet or greater from the stadium entry gates. This policy also applies to electronic cigarettes or any alternative smoking product – they are not permitted. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected from the stadium. Thank you for your attention to this new policy.

Stadium Tours

Stadium tours run about 90 minutes and typically include visits to the locker room, press level, club level, suite level, and partial field access. The tour guide will provide interesting facts about the stadium and team throughout the tour. Text for Help

A text messaging service is available at M&T Bank Stadium that allows any guest to text for help from a cell phone at any event. With Text For Help, fans can report any issue or concern. It's fast, easy and convenient.

4. When your text message is received, you receive an immediate response message stating, "Your message has been received by stadium personnel."

5. The issue will be reported to appropriate stadium personnel. If more information is needed, the operator will respond with additional questions.

Ticket Exchange Policy

The Ravens Ticket Office does not exchange tickets.

Ticket Donation

You can conveniently donate your tickets to the Ravens local charity through your Ravens Account Manager. Simply log in to your personal account and select offers. Click Donate to Charity and your tickets will be automatically forwarded to the Community Relations Department. Please note: tickets must be sent at least 5 days prior to the game to allow for proper distribution.

Ticket Re-Selling on Stadium Property

For the safety and enjoyment of our fans, please note that ticket re-sales on or around M&T Bank Stadium and the Camden Yards Sports Complex (including box office and parking areas) are subject to the following laws:

  • Ticket re-sale constitutes solicitation and/or commercial activity, both of which are prohibited by Maryland law on property owned or operated by the Maryland Stadium Authority. Such conduct could result in citation and criminal prosecution.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium for the safety and sightlines of other fans. Rain gear of choice is a poncho. For more information on prohibited/permitted items see our list above.

WiFi

M&T Bank Stadium now features a state of the art, high density WiFi system that allows fans to quickly connect to the internet. This service, provided by the Ravens & Verizon, is free to all fans. For an enhanced game day experience, be sure to download the Ravens smartphone app from your app store. In addition, the stadium's cellular network supports multiple carriers, including Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

Will Call

Will Call windows are located on the West side of the stadium, near Russell Street, between Gates A and D. During the football season, Will Call is open only on gameday starting 2.5 hours prior to kickoff. Otherwise, office visits are by appointment only. please call during our business hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm at 410-261-RAVE if you need to visit the ticket office. Photo identification is required for all pickups.
