In order to provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite guest entry into NFL stadiums, M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy. Only the following types of bags are allowed:

• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". The bags may be hand-carried or have a shoulder strap. (Officially licensed NFL team logo clear plastic tote bag measuring 12" x 6" x 12" is available through club merchandise outlets).
• One Gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags/belt bags are allowed but should not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" , with or without a handle or strap. These can be carried separately or within a clear plastic bag.

M&T Bank Stadium is a smoke-free facility as required by Maryland State Law. In compliance, smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere within M&T Bank Stadium and there are no designated smoking areas within the facility. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, marijuana pens or any other alternative smoking products. None are permitted. This includes the smoking of both legal and illegal substances. Designated smoking areas are located outside of Gates A, B, C and D but are not available to guests until after kickoff (once gate entry traffic has cleared). These designated smoking areas are located 25 feet or greater outside of stadium entry gates but do not require smokers to exit the stadium. Guests who fail to comply with this policy will be ejected from the stadium without warning.

SeatGeek is the official ticketing provider of the Baltimore Ravens. All Tickets and Parking Passes are digital and accessed with a mobile device or smartphone. • Download the latest version of the Ravens Mobile app for iOS and Android devices before gameday to access your tickets, find stadium information and view game stats and highlights. Ravens Mobile is your go-to for enhancing your gameday experience and staying connected with the Ravens all year long.
• Use the e-mail address and password for your Ravens ticket account. If you have not yet linked your Ravens account to SeatGeek, visit https://seatgeek.com/ravens/verify.
• Make sure your phone is adequately charged before you leave for the game.
• View your tickets before leaving for the stadium or well before you approach the security area and gates. Viewing your ticket will make it easier to find if you have trouble connecting at the gate.
• View the Digital Tickets Page for updated information on your digital tickets, tutorial videos and information on how to send tickets.
• PURCHASED PARKING PASSES can also be found digitally; barcodes will be scanned at the entry to the lot either using a mobile device OR a printed PDF parking pass.

M&T Bank Stadium is cashless for food, beverage and retail purchases. The Ravens accept Visa, the preferred card of the Baltimore Ravens, as well as Amex and MasterCard. Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted. If you bring cash, reverse ATMs are located on the Lower Level (sections 117 & 146), Club Level (section 250) and The Perch (sections 502 & 529).

Guest Service Ambassadors assist fans during games with stadium information, lost children, driving directions, first game certificates, special moment buttons, wheelchairs and hearing-impaired devices. Guest Services Locations are on the lower-level concourse (Sections 100 & 118), upper-level concourse (Sections 500 & 527) and at the Club Level concierge desks (Sections 202, 224, 229 and 251). Guest Service Kiosks are located in Section 118 and 134 on the lower-level and in Sections 519 and 546 in the upper-level to assist with guest questions.

Our multi-purpose guest service locations in the lower level near sections 100 and 118, 503, 529, and 219 on club level provide a space that can be used for both nursing mothers and/or guests with special needs who might need to escape the elements during the game. These spaces are stocked with sensory items such as headphones, toys, etc. allowing a comfortable, quiet, private area for those that need it.
