Ravens Complete Interview With Broncos Quarterbacks Coach Davis Webb
Davis Webb, 30, is a rising star in the coaching profession. A third-round pick in 2017, Webb only played in two career games and made one start, but he was such an impressive football student and leader that even while he was still the team's third-string quarterback, the Bills reportedly offered him the job of being Josh Allen’s quarterbacks coach after Brian Daboll left for New York. Webb turned it down to play one more year, but he immediately jumped into coaching after retiring in 2002.
Webb was hired as the Denver Broncos' quarterbacks coach in 2023, working for Sean Payton. After two seasons, Webb was promoted to offensive pass game coordinator, working with quarterback Bo Nix, who has quickly become one of the NFL's top young quarterbacks in his first two seasons.
Ravens Request Interview With Kliff Kingsbury
Kingsbury, 46, parted ways with the Washington Commanders this week after serving as their offensive coordinator for two seasons. Kingsbury was the orchestrator behind the Commanders' fifth-highest scoring offense (28.5 points per game) in 2024 that propelled them to the NFC Championship and helped dual-threat quarterback Jayden Daniels win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year.
A former quarterback, Kingsbury has head coaching experience in the NFL, leading the Arizona Cardinals from 2019-2022 and compiling a 28-37-1 record. He was also a college head coach at Texas Tech from 2013-2018, running his version of the "Air Raid" offense with Patrick Mahomes and others.
Kingsbury has connections with two other Ravens reported candidates, Vance Joseph and Davis Webb. Joseph was Kingsbury's defensive coordinator at Arizona and Kingsbury coached Webb at Texas Tech.
Ravens Request Interview With Robert Saleh
Saleh, 46, is in his second tour with the San Francisco 49ers as their defensive coordinator. He returned to the Bay Area this season after spending more than three years as head coach of the New York Jets (2021-2024).
Saleh had a 20-36 record with New York and did not lead the Jets into the playoffs for the first time since 2010. However, his teams performed well defensively, ranked No. 4 in the NFL in 2022 and No. 3 in 2023.
Saleh rose to prominence in his first stint as the 49ers' defensive coordinator (2017-20). Under Saleh's guidance, San Francisco had the league's second-ranked defense in 2019 and ranked No. 5 in 2020. Saleh reached the Super Bowl in the 2019 season with the 49ers, who lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV.
The Arizona Cardinals, Tennessee Titans, and Atlanta Falcons have also reportedly requested to interview Salah. Saleh will not be able to speak to any teams until after the 49ers play the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Ravens Complete Interview With Vance Joseph
Joseph, 53, is directing one of the NFL's top defenses with the Denver Broncos, who secured the No. 1 seed in the AFC heading into the playoffs. The Broncos finished the regular season ranked No. 2 defensively under Joseph, who has been coaching in the NFL since 2005.
Joseph was Denver's head coach for two seasons (2017-18) and compiled an 11-21 overall record. His vast NFL experience and proven success as a coordinator have made him a hot candidate again. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Joseph is drawing interest from multiple teams, including the Las Vegas Raiders, Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals, and New York Giants.
Ravens Plan to Interview Vikings' Brian Flores
Brian Flores, 44, has made the Vikings defense one of the biggest headaches in the league to play against. Despite not having a Pro Bowl player on the defense, the Vikings finished third in the league in yards allowed (282.6).
Flores is a former head coach who went 24-25 in his three seasons in Miami (2019-2021). The Ravens know Flores well after his relentless blitz flummoxed them in one of Lamar Jackson's toughest losses in Miami in 2021. Flores cut his teeth as an assistant under Bill Belichick in New England for a decade (2008-2018).
Ravens Set to Interview Chiefs' Matt Nagy
Matt Nagy, 47, is in his second stint in Kansas City, serving as the Chiefs' offensive coordinator for the past three seasons.
Working under Andy Reid and alongside Patrick Mahomes, Nagy helped Kansas City win two Super Bowls. Nagy was previously with the Chiefs from 2013-2017, which earned him a head coaching job with the Chicago Bears. Over four seasons (2018-2021), the Bears won one NFC North title and went 34-33.
Nagy reportedly also has interviews set up with the Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals, and Las Vegas Raiders.

Ravens Set to Interview Vance Joseph on Thursday
Seahawks' Klint Kubiak on Ravens' Interview List
Working under former Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald, Klint Kubiak, 38, has led one of the NFL's most explosive offenses in the league this season.
Kubiak helped quarterback Sam Darnold earn Pro Bowl honors this year, and wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba led the league in receiving yards (1,793). Seattle ranks eighth in the league in yards and third in points per game.
Kubiak is the son of former Ravens Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak, who had a highly successful one-year stint in Baltimore in 2014. Klint Kubiak has coached for five different teams over the past five years, with offensive coordinator stops in Minnesota (2021) and New Orleans (2024).
Kubiak is permitted to virtually interview with the Ravens this week as the Seahawks have a first-round playoff bye.
Ravens Request Interview With Anthony Weaver
Anthony Weaver has been with the Ravens as a player and coach. He's been the Miami Dolphins' defensive coordinator the past two seasons and has extensive experience with the Ravens organization. He spent three seasons (2021-23) on the Ravens' staff, joining them as defensive line coach/run game coordinator for one season before being elevated to assistant head coach/defensive line.
Weaver's relationship with the Ravens began as a player. The Ravens drafted him in 2002 (second round) as a defensive end from Notre Dame.
The 45-year-old Weaver has been coaching in the NFL since 2012 and has been drawing head coaching interest for several years. He will also interview for the Arizona Cardinals' head coach position, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
