A new era is underway for the Ravens, who have agreed to hire Jesse Minter as the franchise's fourth head coach.
Here are the latest reports on Minter's staff:
Defensive Coordinator
Jim Leonhard Reportedly Interviewing Friday
Leonhard served as the Broncos' assistant head coach/defensive pass game coordinator this past season, aiding Denver in its trip to the AFC Championship game. He was also the defensive backs coach and the defensive pass game coordinator in 2024. The Broncos' defense ranked No. 2 in total defense this past season and No. 7 in 2024.
A former safety, Leonhard played for the Ravens for one season in 2008, starting 13 games, after beginning his career with the Buffalo Bills, who also reportedly have interest.
Ravens Complete Interview With Joe Cullen
The Ravens have reportedly completed an interview with Cullen for their defensive coordinator position.
Cullen served as the Ravens' defensive line coach from 2016-2020, overlapping with Minter's first stint in Baltimore. Cullen has been with the Chiefs for the last four seasons, helping the franchise win two Super Bowls.
Cullen was the Jacksonville Jaguars' defensive coordinator for one season in 2021 under Urban Meyer, who was fired during his first season at the helm. Cullen reportedly interviewed for the Washington Commanders' defensive coordinator job earlier this month.
Special Teams Coordinator
Randy Brown Staying in Specialists Role
After working together since 2004 in Philadelphia, Randy Brown won't follow John Harbaugh to New York. Brown will reportedly return in a similar role after serving as the Ravens' senior special teams coach.
Brown helped rookie kicker Tyler Loop have a strong first season and Jordan Stout develop into a Pro Bowl punter. The Ravens' specialists have been fine-tuned for a long time as one of the best in the league.
Ravens Looking for Special Teams Coordinator
The Ravens will be reportedly looking for three new coordinators.
Horton has been with the Ravens since 2014, including the special teams coordinator since 2019. Baltimore had one of the league's top special teams units most seasons under his tenure. It ranked 12th in the league in 2025, per DVOA.
The Ravens reportedly blocked some assistant coaches from making lateral moves, including Horon. Horton would be adding assistant head coach duties with Harbaugh and the Giants. Minter would now decide who he wants to lead his special teams unit.
Quarterbacks Coach
Ravens Request Interview With Ronald Curry
Curry, 46, has spent the past two seasons as Josh Allen's quarterbacks coach in Buffalo. Before that, Curry spent six seasons with Sean Payton as a quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach, and offensive assistant. Reported new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle also comes from the Payton coaching tree.
Curry is a former NFL wide receiver.
Inside Linebackers Coach
Ravens to Reportedly Keep Tyler Santucci on Staff
Santucci just finished his first year as Baltimore's inside linebackers coach. The 37-year-old Santucci was previously Georgia Tech's Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers coach in 2024 and made previous stops at several colleges.
Defensive Pass Game Coordinator/Defensive Backs Coach
Ravens Add Highly-Regarded College Coach to Defense
As Minter begins to build out his staff, he has reportedly dipped into the college ranks. Mickens is a highly-regarded coach who has excelled in South Bend and other stops. Notre Dame ranked third in the nation in pass defense in 2023 and fourth in 2024.
A former NFL cornerback, Mickens worked with Sauce Gardner at Cincinnati, Benjamin Morrison, Xavier Watts, and other gifted Notre Dame defensive backs. Mickens was the cornerbacks coach while Kyle Hamilton was at Notre Dame but the two surely had a lot of overlap.
Minter was a graduate assistant when Mickens was playing at Cincinnati in 2007-2008. Mickens' second job in coaching was a defensive assistant on Minter's 2012 defensive staff at Indiana State.
Offensive Line Coach
Ravens Hire Former Falcons Offensive Line Coach Dwayne Ledford
Ledford had been with the Falcons since 2021, serving as Atlanta's offensive line coach for all five seasons and earning the run game coordinator position for the last two. Spurred by star running back Bijan Robinson and a strong offensive line, the Falcons have had a top-10 rushing offense in each of the past three seasons.
A former NFL offensive lineman, the 49-year-old Ledford bounced around at the college level before earning his first NFL job in Atlanta.
Former Ravens offensive line coach George Warhop is reportedly expected to follow Todd Monken to Cleveland.
Ravens' Run Game Coordinator to Reportedly Follow Todd Monken to Browns
Switzer has been the Ravens' run game coordinator for the past two seasons, previously serving in various offensive assistant roles.
A former college offensive lineman, Switzer is reportedly to stay with Monken, who took the Browns' head coaching job after three seasons in Baltimore.
Wide Receivers Coach
Ravens Request Interview With Tyler Tettleton
Tettleton is reportedly in the running to become Baltimore's next wide receivers coach. The 35-year-old Tettleton has been on the Jacksonville Jaguars' staff for four seasons, spending the last three as the assistant wide receivers coach.
Tettleton is another young rising coach who was directly involved with Jacksonville's game-planning in 2025 under first-year head coach Liam Coen. A former starting quarterback at Ohio, Tettleton interviewed for the Bobcats' head coaching position in 2024.
Ravens' Greg Lewis Leaving for Tennessee
Minter will reportedly have another vacancy to fill with Wide Receivers Coach Greg Lewis reportedly leaving for Tennessee.
Lewis has coached Baltimore's wideouts for the past three seasons. Under his leadership, Zay Flowers became the Ravens' first wide receiver voted to the Pro Bowl and has posted back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons. Rashod Bateman had a breakout 2024 campaign.
Defensive Assistant
Ravens to Hire Navy Defensive Coordinator P.J. Volker
Minter was asked about Volker during his introductory press conference. Four days later, Volker is reportedly reuniting with Minter in Baltimore.
Volker has been Navy's defensive coordinator for the past three seasons, helping guide the Midshipmen to a 10-3 record in 2024 and an 11-2 record in 2025. He's also been the linebackers coach since he arrived at Navy seven years ago.
"I love what he's done over there at the Naval Academy, [with] him and [head] coach [Brian] Newberry with that defense," Minter said of Volker.
