We hope you will notice some new staff members roaming around M&T Bank Stadium looking to make your gameday fantastic. Our Gameday Ambassadors are decked out in bright green Ravens polos and are available to provide any assistance you might need.
The field at M&T Bank Stadium returned to natural grass for the 2016 season after 13 years with an artificial surface. With techniques developed in the last decade, we expect the new field to hold up well even in the winter months. Reviews from players have been overwhelmingly positive.
Our online parking partner, Parking Panda, now offers Lots J & O for advance purchase online. Spaces are available on a season and single game basis. Visit baltimoreravens.com/parking to purchase.

Each stand offers different food options, so while you may not see new food options at the stand outside your section, please check the Ravens app for a list of new food options and locations. Prices remain competitive with other sports venues in the area and in the league.
With over 70,000 guests at each game, traffic flow around the stadium can be difficult. We appreciate the planning and patience that fans exhibit in their journey to the stadium when sometimes, it can be frustrating. An open line of communication exists between the Ravens, City and State officials regarding pregame and post-game traffic to identify any improvements that can be made. We will continue to augment traffic patterns where possible to alleviate traffic and will continue to communicate potential traffic concerns to fans prior to events. We encourage fans to visit BaltimoreRavens.com/Parking for construction notices and traffic information before each event to avoid any unnecessary delays.
The MTA provides additional hours and service on game days. However, due to the infrastructure of the light rail system, it is not possible to add additional trains. Fans may experience lines at peak times immediately following events. We encourage fans to use the light rail and remain patient or consider alternatives such as the Ravens Ride Park and Ride service.
We are committed to providing the best show we can on gameday. Our Ravens Vision Boards are a key element of our show highlighting live action, replays, video, statistics and other important game related elements. Partner advertisements are a part of the show too, but football takes precedence and we are conscious of keeping an appropriate balance in the show that we bring to fans.
We spend a lot of time and effort monitoring the sound system and checking speakers before each home game. Some think the volume can be too loud, too quiet, or lacking quality. While volume is a matter of preference, volume also varies depending on your seat location and proximity to the speakers. If you are experiencing problems with the clarity or volume of the speakers in your section, please utilize the Text for Help service on gameday (410-324-6141) so that we can try to solve any sound issues as they are happening.
Located in an urban environment, we are more limited in our on-site parking options than we would like. We are unable to offer parking to all PSL Owners because we have many more PSL Owners than we have on-site parking spaces. We do maintain a parking wait list for PSL Owners seeking a season pass in the event any become available. Our pricing remains competitive with other teams in the league and with other private lots and garages in the city on gameday. As an alternative, PSL Owners can purchase parking in the Horseshoe Casino garage by calling the ticket office at 410-261-7283. Also, we have partnered with Parking Panda to provide the opportunity to pre-purchases spaces in private lots and garages. Additional information can be found at BaltimoreRavens.com/Parking.
Each guest may have a different idea of acceptable conduct at games, but some of that behavior can cross the line. Please report any issues you experience immediately. While we want our fans to cheer loudly and enthusiastically, safety is our top priority for any event at M&T Bank Stadium. Ushers are available throughout the stadium if you need assistance or we encourage fans to utilize the Text for Help service at 410-324-6141 so that we can address issues immediately, rather than hearing about them later.
The Ravens and our stadium partners take customer service seriously and have engaged Disney to further enhance the experience we provide to our guests. All stadium employees will be focused on safety, courtesy, presentation and efficiency at each event. While safety is our top priority, all game day employees should also be courteous to fans and to each other. Ravens and stadium employees will do everything possible to make your visit to the stadium the best it can be. If you notice any inconsistencies, please use the Text for Help service at 410-324-6141 to report what you are experiencing so that we can address it immediately.
In order to ensure the safety of guests, bottle caps are removed from soda and water. This policy was enacted and encouraged by the NFL in order to prevent injury from a bottle falling from an upper level or being thrown in the seating bowl. Capped bottles with beverage contents are much more likely to cause injury than if it is uncapped.
