The Ravens have activated tight end 
The second-year tight end was moved to the 53-man roster Saturday after serving a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. He is eligible to play in Sunday’s game against the Redskins.
Waller took the roster spot that opened up Friday when the team placed tight end
Even though Waller was suspended the last month, he was allowed to work out at the team facility and attend every meeting.
“My mind hasn’t been away, my body has been active,” Waller said. “It’s definitely been a productive four weeks.”
Waller, 24, will most likely make his immediate impact on special teams. He was one of the Ravens’ better special teamers last season before getting placed on injured reserve, and he ran with the starting kick coverage units in practice during the week.
