Mention the name "Steve Smith" in front of any Panthers fan and be prepared for an hour's worth of praise and expressive storytelling. We only had 24 games with the NFL's toughest player, but it feels like he's been a Raven his whole life. He made an impact on this team and this city from the moment he set foot in the building. Whether Steve decides to return (STEVE, PLEASE) or retire, we've been extremely lucky to have him around.
Steve, if you're reading this, I think it's important to tell you that 2016 is, like, the perfect year for retirement. Don't retire in 2015 all by yourself, wait a year and retire at the same time as President Obama! You guys could be retirement buddies.
