Arthur Knopfmacher was nominated by his Manager, Keith Hiller. His story is a fitting example of owning your role and feeling inspired and empowered to make decisions.
Arthur was an Intern for Ravens Retail last season and wanted to continue to be a part of the Flock. He ended up joining the Fanatics team for this season. Keith stated, "Arthur has been an instrumental part of Fanatics getting set up and ready. His knowledge of the building and the locations helped me and my team tremendously. He supervised our team at Training Camp for 4-5 days and has brought great consistency to our appearance and operations up there.
During last Friday's game, Arthur was our Lead on the Club level. He was having an issue with a register when doing a return for a fan for a different size jersey. Instead of making the customer wait for IT to get up there, he ran down to the next Club store and did the transaction there and ran back and gave the fan the size they needed. The fan was extremely grateful and mentioned how clever and thoughtful it was that he did that for them. This is just one example of how he goes above and beyond for our team and our fans each and every day."
We can all take a page from Arthur's game book. Way to go and congratulations Arthur!
