USA Football & the Ravens welcome youth football coaches

Baltimore's football coaching legacy stands among the richest in the NFL.

Coaching giants like Weeb Ewbank, Don Shula and Ted Marchibroda are among those who have directed the Charm City's pro football heritage.

Inspired by what these men gave to the game, USA Football and the Ravens are partnering for a full-day (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) USA Football Coaching School on Saturday, April 18, at Baltimore's Calvert Hall High School. The curriculum, exclusively designed for local youth football coaches, will prepare them for the upcoming season and help ensure that their players enjoy a positive and rewarding football experience. Serving as the school's keynote speaker is Ravens Quarterbacks Coach **Hue Jackson**.

All coaches in attendance receive on-field and classroom instruction from top local coaches as well as lunch and a USA Football-Under Armour T-shirt with their $45 registration

The full-day clinic, in partnership with Liberty Mutual's "Responsible Sports" program, includes sessions on coaching philosophy, teaching proper fundamentals, communicating with players and more.

USA Football is the national governing body of America's favorite sport on youth and amateur levels and was started by the NFL and NFL Players Association in 2002 to further strengthen the game. For more about USA Football, check out usafootball.com.
