The Ravens held their annual Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive (L.I.F.T.) conference to empower the next generation of female athletes to harness and develop their leadership skills.

The Ravens and the Maryland Book Bank took part in the event. The one millionth book was distributed off the Ravens Bookmobile.
