General Tour FAQs
Deciding what kind of tour to take? What’s the difference between a public tour and a private group tour?
Public tours typically range from 10-20 guests. This is a group made up of those who have purchased tickets for the same tour time as you. Private tours are exclusive to you and your group. Private tours can be reserved for up to 25 guests in total. If you would like to book a private tour with more than 25 guests, please contact stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net (maximum of 100 guests per time slot). Groups larger than 25 will be split into multiple tour groups to tour the stadium efficiently.
When can I go on a tour?
We offer tours year-round Monday through Friday, depending on our game and major event schedule. We do not offer tours on game days or major event days.
Can I take photos during the tour?
Yes! Photographs are allowed during the tour and even encouraged to help remember your special visit. However, videography is not allowed during the tour.
What does the Purple Tour entail?
The purple tour includes stops at our Club & Suite Level, the Locker Room, and a trip to our Ravens Sideline.
What does the Gold Tour entail?
The gold tour includes all our stops in the purple tour plus our exclusive Blackwing club, and Miller Lite Gatehouse.
How long does the Tour last?
Purple Tours generally last between 60-90 minutes.
Gold Tours generally last between 90-120 minutes.
Does my 2-year-old child need a ticket to attend?
No, children 2 and under are free! Strollers are welcome as well.
Where do I enter for the tour?
Free parking is available in Lot D (the entrance to the lot is on Russel Street). Entry into the stadium is through the Southeast Suites Entrance across from Lots D/E. Once you have entered the Southeast Suite Lobby and made your way through the security checkpoint, your tour guide will check your group in for the tour.
Is there a waiver?
Upon completion of your tour booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details. Included in that email will be an online waiver that must be completed before the start of the tour.
It’s supposed to rain/snow on my tour date; will my tour be canceled?
Tours are rain or shine – as the majority of the tour route is indoors. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather as our concourse and service level have outdoor temperatures. In the event of heavy snowfall, communication will be sent to all guests about tour cancellations. Thunder or lightning will also prevent guests from being able to access the sideline portion of the tour.
Is there a place for my group to eat lunch or purchase food at the stadium?
Tour groups are encouraged to eat prior to or after their tour as we do not have a space for groups to eat. Concession stands are not open for tour groups. If you wish to purchase catering for your tour group, please reach out to us via email at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net.
Are there any prohibited items on the tour?
The following items are NOT permitted: food and beverages (water is allowed).
Traveling from out of town & haven’t checked in to your place of stay yet?
We can store your luggage in the lobby while you take your tour. Please note that it will be scanned and tagged upon entry.
How can I pay for the tour?
All tour ticket purchases can be made through our tour website when reserving your tour spot. If you book a private tour with us via email, payment can be made over the phone via a set time. Private tours can also be paid for via check.
I need to change my tour reservation date or time?
Please contact us at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net with your confirmation and booking number and preferred date/time change. Accommodation may not be possible.
Can I have a copy of my receipt?
Yes, payment receipts are sent out by request. Feel free to contact us via email at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net to receive a copy of your receipt.
Can I have an invoice to submit to my organization for payment?
Yes, we can provide an invoice upon request. Please email us at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net to submit this request.
What is the maximum number of people I can bring on a private tour?
100 guests total. If your group is larger than 100 guests, we can split the group up into 2 separate time slots.
Are there any discounts for tours?
Private Tour discounts are available for select groups including summer camps & 501c-3 organizations (nonprofit). Please email stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net to see if your group qualifies.
Am I able to take a tour on the weekend?
Unfortunately, we only offer stadium tours Monday-Friday. If your party is unable to make it on one of the available tour dates feel free to reach out via email at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net.
One of my guests is in a wheelchair, are there elevators available?
Yes, our tour route is fully ADA accessible. If your party needs a staxi wheelchair available for the tour, please be sure to email us at stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net ahead of time so one can be ready upon arrival!
We are celebrating a birthday, can you do anything special for him/her?
Yes, please make sure to reach out ahead of time to stadium.tours@ravens.nfl.net or let your tour guide know. We'd love to make the day extra special for them!
Will there be players or coaches around during our tour?
No, unfortunately, the coaches and players will not be on-site during your tour.
Do I need a photo ID to attend the tour?
Yes! All adults ages 18+ will need a valid photo ID to enter the stadium for tours.
