Based on the social distancing guidelines and fan safety protocols developed by health experts, governmental officials and the NFL, we are taking the following actions that will impact all ticket purchasers in 2020:
Final season ticket payments due on July 15 are no longer required. Remaining payment plan charges will not be made.
Season tickets for 2020 will be deferred to 2021.
All 2020 season ticket seat locations will be protected, and the same seats will be offered for renewal in 2021.
Credits for funds paid toward the 2020 season to date will be applied to accounts and can be used toward renewal for next season or toward future ticket purchases, or a refund can be requested.
Current 2020 single-game ticket sales will be discontinued, and refunds will be issued to fans who have already made purchases.
Early Playoff Offer - Click "Account Manager" at the top right of this page to log in and commit with no money down!
Save $15 - $35 per ticket on a potential Wild Card game by opting in early, with no money down!
PSL Owners are eligible to opt in for the early playoff offer until September 10th
PSL Owners can opt in for potential playoff games with one of two options.
Pay As We Play: Submit your credit card information and you will be charged automatically if a home game is guaranteed. You must complete the renewal process and submit credit card information in advance.
Pay In Full: Pay in full for the entire invoice. Any applicable credits will be applied to next year's season tickets.
Invoice amounts reflect the maximum total of a Divisional round and AFC Championship Game. If the Ravens host a Wild Card round instead, the Wild Card prices will apply.
All PSL owners are afforded the option of renewing their PSL seat locations and parking passes (if applicable) for any postseason games held at M&T Bank Stadium. Playoff invoices will be sent by mail and email in conjunction with season ticket invoices. All subsequent playoff invoices will be sent by email only.
We've witnessed a lot of things here at M&T Bank Stadium – some amazing come-back wins and some nail-biting finishes. That's the excitement of football, but Ravens football runs deeper. We know there are some incredible stories from every seat in our stadium – you've seen the greatest games, witnessed the greatest intros, watched the great players in the NFL and created great family bonds. We asked some of our fans to share their favorite memories and what exactly it means to be a Ravens fan for themselves and their families.
The NFL has every expectation that there will be a full game schedule in 2020. However, if a game is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, ticket buyers who purchase tickets directly from the club (i.e., Season Tickets or Single Game Tickets) will receive the option of a full refund of the ticket purchase price (plus associated fees) for any impacted games or have the ability to apply the applicable amount to a future ticket purchase.
The refund policies for single game tickets purchased through NFL Licensed Channels are as follows (the Ravens do not currently offer primary ticket sales via SeatGeek or StubHub):
Ticketmaster: Automatic refunds provided for all primary and resale ticket purchases within 30 days of cancellation.
SeatGeek: Refunds provided upon request for all primary and resale ticket purchases within 30 days of cancellation.
StubHub: No refunds except in states where it is required by law (Maryland does not have that requirement). Credit issued worth 120% of original order. Credit expires in 2022 and can be used on any future StubHub purchase.
