Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership (the "Ravens," "we," "our," or "us") operates the website at baltimoreravens.com (the "Website"), including the "Ravens in the UK" page of the Website which promotes and provides information about the Ravens and American football in the United Kingdom.
2. Your relationship with us
2.1 This document and any documents referred to within it (collectively, the "Terms of Use") set out the terms of your relationship with us when you access and use the Website.
2.2 These Terms of Use apply only to visitors to our Website who are located in the UK and the services, features and functionalities we offer through the Website to users of the Website in the UK. They do not apply to our mobile application, the NFL online store, third-party websites that the Website may link to (such as ticketing or hospitality sites) or services and features offered only to individuals in the US. 5.2 When you upload or post content to the Website, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display such user-generated content in connection with our products and services.

6. Rules of Acceptable Use

6.2 When using the Website you must not:
(a) aggregate, copy, reproduce, distribute or re-sell any content on the Website;
(b) give any false or misleading information, impersonate any person or hide or attempt to hide your identity;

(e) collect any data from the Website other than in accordance with these Terms of Use (including by any automated or non-automated "scraping" or data mining etc.);
(f) violate or attempt to violate the security of our site including attempting to prove, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, or attempt to breach security or authentication measures;
(g) use any automated system, including without limitation "robots", "spiders" or "offline readers" to access the Website in a manner that send more request messages to the Website than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time;
(h) upload, download, send, knowingly receive, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the content standards set out in these Terms of Use or otherwise made available by us at any time; or
(i) procure the sending of, or transmit, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation.
6.3 You must not frame the Website on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of the Website other than the home page or the "Ravens in the UK" page. You may link to these pages, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association with or approval or endorsement by the Ravens where none exists. You must not establish a link to our site in any website that is not owned by you.
6.4 Failure to comply with the Rules of Acceptable Use constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Use, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions (with or without notice):
(a) immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website;
(b) legal action against you including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach; and/or
(c) disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
7. Ending our relationship
7.1 If at any time you do not feel that you can agree to these Terms of Use or any changes made to the Terms of Use or the Website, you must immediately stop using the Website.

10. Our liability/responsibility to you
10.1 We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these Terms of Use or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
10.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these Terms of Use is intended to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or affect your statutory rights.
10.3 We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Website to you but, due to the nature of the internet and technology, certain online features and functionalities may be unavailable if we need to undertake any emergency or scheduled maintenance on our systems. 10.4 Certain features and functionalities of the Website are available only to users of the Website in the US. We will do our best to make any limitations and eligibility criteria clear. 11. Resolving disputes
11.1 If you have a dispute with us relating to the Website, we would welcome the opportunity to try and make things right and resolve the dispute with you ourselves. In the unlikely event that we are not able to resolve a dispute informally, we will discuss and agree with you the most effective way of resolving the dispute.

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law and you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Norther Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
