Ar'Darius Washington will reportedly leave the Ravens for a team where he will see familiar faces.
The New York Giants are expected to sign Washington to a one-year deal, according to NFL Insider Jordan Schultz. Washington's deal is reportedly worth $3 million.
The 26-year-old safety would become the third former Raven to reach a new deal with the Giants this week, joining tight end Isaiah Likely and punter Jordan Stout. All played for Giants Head Coach John Harbaugh in Baltimore, who is starting a new chapter in his career after 18 seasons with the Ravens.
Washington has been with the Ravens since 2021 and had his best season in 2024 when he helped Baltimore make the playoffs after joining the starting lineup for the final 10 games.
He suffered an Achilles injury in May of last year that kept him out of the lineup until December. In four games last season, Washington had seven tackles and a forced fumble as part of the safety rotation behind Kyle Hamilton, Malaki Starks, and Alohi Gilman.
Washington was undrafted in 2021 but worked his way up from the Ravens' practice squad, eventually finding a role on special teams before joining the safety rotation.
