David Ojabo will reportedly get a fresh start with the Miami Dolphins.
The Ravens' second-round pick in 2022 has agreed to sign with Miami, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Ojabo was hampered by injuries during his first two seasons with Baltimore and never became a regular in the outside linebacker rotation. Over four seasons, Ojabo had 4.5 sacks and 32 tackles. In 2025, Ojabo never played more than 24% of the defensive snaps after Week 8 and finished with 0.5 sack and 16 tackles.
Ojabo was expected to be a first-round pick following an 11-sack season during his 2021 season at Michigan. However, he suffered a torn Achilles during his Pro Day workout prior to the draft that hurt his stock and hampered his rookie season. Ojabo was not activated until November and played in just two games that year.
In 2023, Ojabo's season ended in Week 3 after he suffered a partially torn ACL and MCL.
While he played in 13 games in 2024 and 14 games last season, Ojabo never became a consistent contributor. The Ravens signed veteran pass rusher Trey Hendrickson this week and have Tavius Robinson, Mike Green, and Adisa Isaac returning to their outside linebacker rotation.
