The Ravens have more players back from injuries after the bye, but not the most important player, Lamar Jackson.

Jackson is still sidelined by a hamstring injury that kept him out of the past two Ravens losses.

There's still time for Jackson to ramp up before Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears. Monday is a bonus practice following the bye, and Wednesday will be another important day to see if Jackson returns.

Head Coach John Harbaugh said last week that he was "very hopeful" that Jackson is back to play against the Bears, who have now won four straight games, but he didn't want to comment on whether Jackson will practice Wednesday.

"All the guys are working really hard to get back," Harbaugh said. "I can tell you that. We'll see who's back and who practices Wednesday."

The Ravens did have some good news Monday as linebacker and defensive leader Roquan Smith (hamstring) is back on the field after missing the past two games. Smith spoke to reporters after practice and said he expects to play Sunday against the Bears, his former team.

"The bye week was awesome. I think it came at the right time for us as a team, for myself as well getting back healthy," Smith said. "It's major for us, for sure."

Left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle), who has either not played or exited early in the past three games, practiced, along with cornerback Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring), fullback Patrick Ricard (calf), and wide receiver Devontez Walker (oblique).

Outside linebacker Tavius Robinson, who is expected to miss six to eight weeks with a broken foot but has not yet been moved to injured reserve, is not practicing.
