The Las Vegas Raiders have announced that the trade with the Ravens for Maxx Crosby is off.
The Ravens reportedly dealt first-round picks in the 2026 and 2027 drafts for the star defensive end. It was the first time in franchise history that Baltimore traded a first-round pick for a veteran player.
However, trades are not official until players involved pass a physical. Crosby posted on social media Tuesday morning that he was in Baltimore.
Crosby reportedly suffered a knee injury last season on Oct. 19 versus the Kansas City Chiefs. He played through the injury until the Raiders shut him down for the final two games of the regular season, which reportedly led to Crosby wanting out of Las Vegas.
On Jan. 7, Crosby posted on social media that he had surgery, reportedly to repair his meniscus.
"You Either Make Excuses Or You Make History… Great Risk = Great Reward…. We Got Work To Do," Crosby wrote on Instagram.
