For a third straight week, Lamar Jackson is not practicing to begin the week and has a new injury designation.
Jackson sat out Monday's walk-through practice as the Ravens quickly turn the page to get ready for the AFC North rival Cincinnati Bengals on Thanksgiving night at M&T Bank Stadium.
Jackson had knee soreness after the Week 10 win in Minnesota and an ankle injury last week as he got ready for the New York Jets. This week, he's listed with a toe injury.
Asked about Jackson's health, Harbaugh said, "he's good," and reiterated that Jackson is doing what he needs to win football games.
Jackson refused to blame his injury for the Ravens' offensive sluggishness the past couple weeks, and wide receiver Zay Flowers said Monday that he "can't really tell" if Jackson is hampered by his ailments.
"I feel like he wouldn't put himself in a bad position if he wasn't healthy," Flowers said. "I don't think he would jeopardize it."
Monday's injury report is an estimation based on the walk-through, but safety Kyle Hamilton (ankle), nose tackle Travis Jones (ankle), and defensive tackle Taven Bryan (knee) were also non-participants.
Harbaugh said Hamilton, who left the game late in the fourth quarter, will "have a chance" to play Thursday night. Bryan could land on short-term injured reserve.
In good news, wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle) and cornerback Keyon Martin (rib) returned to practice for limited work. Bateman has missed the past two games and Martin was sidelined for one.
Getting Bateman back on the field could help spark the Ravens offense, which will be going against a Bengals defense ranked last in the league with 32.7 points allowed per game.
"Hopefully, we have a game that we want on offense so we can get going in the direction that we want to go in," Flowers said.
