As the Ravens enjoy their summer break prior to training camp, there are few starting jobs undecided. However, there are players vying for roles and a place on the initial 53-man roster. Here's an unofficial look at the depth chart heading into training camp:

Quarterback

  • Starter: Lamar Jackson
  • Backup: Cooper Rush
  • Competing: Devin Leary

Jackson looks set for another MVP-caliber campaign. The veteran Rush, in his first year with Baltimore, will continue adjusting to Offensive Coordinator Todd Monken's system during camp while Leary competes for a roster spot.

Running Back

  • Starter: Derrick Henry
  • Backups: Justice Hill, Keaton Mitchell
  • Competing: Rasheen Ali, Marcus Major, Sone Ntoh

The Ravens have a running back room that's second to none. Henry shows no signs of slowing down, Hill is coming off his best season, and Mitchell's speed is all the way back after his 2023 knee injury.

Tight End/Fullback

  • Starters: Mark Andrews, Isaiah Likely, Patrick Ricard
  • Backups: Charlie Kolar
  • Competing: Zaire Mitchell-Paden, Sam Pitz, Lucas Scott

The tight end trio of Andrews, Likely, and Kolar is elite, giving Monken multiple ways to deploy them offensively. Ricard is a unique Pro Bowl fullback who plays a key role in the offense with his physicality and versatility.

Wide Receiver

  • Starters: Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, DeAndre Hopkins
  • Backups: Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker, LaJohntay Wester
  • Competing: Anthony Miller, Malik Cunningham, Keith Kirkwood, Dayton Wade, Jahmal Banks, Xavier Guillory

Flowers, Bateman, and Hopkins give Baltimore three wideouts who have versatility and big-play capability. Walker was stellar during OTAs and mandatory minicamp and will challenge Wallace and Wester for the No. 4 receiver spot, while Wester is the frontrunner to be the primary punt returner. The remaining receivers are fighting for a roster spot.

Offensive Line

  • Starters: LT Ronnie Stanley, LG Andrew Vorhees, C Tyler Linderbaum, RG Daniel Faalele, RT Roger Rosengarten
  • Backups: T Joe Noteboom, G/T Ben Cleveland, T Emery Jones, T Carson Vinson
  • Competing: C Nick Samac, OL Garrett Dellinger, T Corey Bullock, G Darrian Dalcourt, T Gerad Lichtenhan, OL Ozzie Hutchinson, OL Reid Holskey, G Jared Penning

Noteboom was signed during the offseason to be the sixth lineman and swing tackle. Vorhees enters camp as the favorite to start over Cleveland at left guard. The debut of third-round pick Jones has been delayed (shoulder injury), and he is expected to return "at some point" during training camp, according to Head Coach John Harbaugh. Dellinger, Samac, and others could be competing for the final offensive line spot.

Defensive Line

  • Starters: Nnamdi Madubuike, Travis Jones, Broderick Washington
  • Backups: John Jenkins, Aeneas Peebles
  • Competing: C.J. Ravenell, Adedayo Odeleye, C.J. Okoye, Jayson Jones

Madubuike and Jones lead the defensive line rotation, joined by Washington and the veteran Jenkins, who was signed during the offseason. Peebles is a sixth-round pick with potential, while training camp will decide the fate of others.

Inside Linebacker

  • Starters: Roquan Smith, Trenton Simpson
  • Backups: Teddye Buchanan, Jake Hummel
  • Competing: William Kwenkeu, Jay Higgins, Chandler Martin

Simpson enters his third season with starting experience and will try to hold off fourth-round pick Buchanan for the starting job next to three-time Pro Bowler Smith. Hummel is a special teams ace who will also compete for reps. Higgins was a star at Iowa and will try to make the roster as an undrafted free agent.

Outside Linebacker

  • Starters: Odafe Oweh, Kyle Van Noy
  • Backups: Tavius Robinson, Mike Green, Adisa Isaac, David Ojabo
  • Competing: Malik Hamm, Diwun Black, Kaimon Rucker

Second-round pick Green could see immediate reps after leading the nation in sacks. Isaac will also push for playing time after an injury-plagued rookie season. Oweh, Van Noy, and Robinson are mainstays in the rotation, but training camp will be crucial for Ojabo, who's fighting for a role and roster spot entering his fourth season.

Cornerback

  • Starters: Marlon Humphrey, Nate Wiggins, Jaire Alexander
  • Backups: Chidobe Awuzie, Jalyn Armour-Davis, T.J. Tampa, Bilhal Kone, Robert Longerbeam
  • Competing: Reuben Lowery, Keyon Martin, Marquise Robinson

The addition of Alexander gives Baltimore another superb one-on-one defender when healthy. Wiggins added weight to his slender frame after a strong rookie season, and Humphrey's ability to play the slot with physicality adds to the Ravens' options in coverage. Awuzie is a proven veteran, and Armour-Davis and Tampa are healthy and competing for snaps. Kone and Longerbeam showed promise as rookies during offseason practices, while the undrafted Lowery displayed a nose for the football. The Ravens accomplished their goal of having a deep group of corners heading into camp.

Safety

  • Starters: Kyle Hamilton, Malaki Starks
  • Backups: Sanoussi Kane, Beau Brade
  • Competing: Desmond Igbinosun, Keondre Jackson
  • Injured: Ar'Darius Washington

Starks handled everything thrown at him during OTAs and minicamp, and the first-round pick looks poised to start from Week 1. Washington's unfortunate Achilles injury opened competition for the No. 3 safety spot, and Kane has taken steps toward winning the job, while Brade is also playing with more confidence.

Specialists

  • Starters: K Tyler Loop, P Jordan Stout, LS Nick Moore
  • Competing: K John Hoyland

Loop became the first kicker ever drafted by the Ravens, but the undrafted Hoyland has shown his intentions to make this a close competition. Stout has a strong leg but wants to perform with more consistency heading into his fourth season.
