Standout Ravens rookie linebacker Teddye Buchanan suffered a concerning knee injury in Sunday's game in Cincinnati.
Buchanan went down without contact while covering a punt near the end of the first quarter. He walked off the field with assistance but was eventually taken on a cart to the locker room and ruled out for the rest of the game.
"Teddye, we'll know tomorrow, but I don't think it looks good initially," Head Coach John Harbaugh said. "We'll have to confirm that tomorrow."
A fourth-round pick, Buchanan has been a major part of the Ravens' defense and has had a spectacular rookie season thus far.
He has started 12 of 13 games and played 74% of the Ravens' defensive snaps. Buchanan entered the game with 91 tackles, the second-most on the team behind Roquan Smith, including five for loss and a half sack.
The Ravens inserted Trenton Simpson next to Smith after Buchanan went down.
