The man who made internet waves last week with this impromptu locker room dance party just can't stop shaking his 335 pounds.

This time, Williams recorded his mood before heading to Philadelphia for three days of practice and Saturday's preseason game.

Williams busted out “The Carlton” from "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air." For all you youngsters out there, Will Smith's charachter was from Philadelphia.
