Sweet 16 Ravens Who Could Emerge in 2026
Here's who could carve out significant roles for the Ravens this season.

WR Devontez Walker
Four of Walker's seven career catches have gone for touchdowns. Entering his third season, Walker could earn a regular role in the wide receiver rotation.

WR/PR LaJohntay Wester
Wester won the punt return job as a rookie but played just 58 offensive snaps. His speed and elusiveness give him a chance to make more splash plays in Year 2.

G/T Emery Jones Jr.
Shoulder surgery sidelined Jones for much of his rookie season. The third-round pick will start fresh under a new staff, with a starting guard spot potentially up for grabs.

C Corey Bullock
The departure of Tyler Linderbaum opens an opportunity for Bullock to become the starting center. He wants to prove this spring and summer that he's ready for the job.

C Danny Pinter
Pinter played six seasons with the Indianapolis Colts, primarily as a backup. He'll compete for the starting center job, but can play guard and could serve as a versatile and experienced reserve lineman if he does not replace Linderbaum.

T Carson Vinson
A fifth-round pick in 2025, Vinson spent his rookie season developing behind Ronnie Stanley. Vinson will play a key role if he's called upon to step in for significant snaps.

TE Durham Smythe
Smythe is expected to assume the blocking tight end role previously held by Charlie Kolar. Smythe joins Offensive Coordinator Declan Doyle after they were together with the Chicago Bears last season.

LB Trenton Simpson
Simpson raised his game down the stretch in 2025 after Teddye Buchanan (knee) went down for the season. That could give Simpson momentum to have his best year in 2026. It will be interesting to see how Head Coach Jesse Minter will deploy him.

DL Aeneas Peebles
As a rookie sixth-round pick, Peebles appeared in six games but saw action just once after Week 5. With a year under his belt, Peebles could become a bigger part of the line rotation in Year 2.

OLB Adisa Isaac
Injuries have kept the 2024 third-round pick from making headway in his first two seasons. If Isaac can stay healthy, his pass-rushing ability could be a huge asset.

OLB Mike Green
With 3.5 sacks and 41 tackles as a rookie, Green may thrive in Minter's defensive scheme. Green has the physical tools to mark a larger impact in his sophomore campaign, playing opposite Trey Hendrickson.

CB T.J. Tampa
Cornerback depth is always important, and Tampa is entering a key third season of his career. After appearing in all 17 games last season, he hopes to stay healthy and win a regular role in the cornerback rotation.

ILB Jay Higgins IV
Higgins earned a roster spot as an undrafted rookie and made his mark on special teams but missed significant time with a knee injury. He was a strong run defender at Iowa and will compete for time in the linebacker mix.

S Keondre Jackson
Jackson worked his way from the practice squad to become a special teams standout as an undrafted rookie. He's a physical player hungry to become a special teams leader and earn action in the secondary.

Jovaughn Gwyn
Gwyn was with the Atlanta Falcons in 2025 playing for new Offensive Line Coach/Run Game Coordinator Dwayne Ledford. After playing 11 offensive snaps last season, Gwyn will compete for a spot in the offensive line room.

RB Rasheen Ali
The departure of Keenan Mitchell may create more opportunities for Ali, who has just 17 carries in two seasons. Ali also returns kickoffs but would relish a larger offensive role.
