Baltimore Ravens Lost & Found Policy

The Baltimore Ravens Limited Partnership (the "Baltimore Ravens") and the Maryland Stadium Authority ("MSA") are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Items found on property are to be turned over to the MSA for documentation and storage. Guests inquiring about lost items during gameday can visit a Guest Services Locations or Concierge Desk within M&T Bank Stadium. Guests may report a lost item to Guest Services Location 118 at any time up to 90 minutes following the conclusion of a game.

At any time after 90 minutes following the conclusion of a game, guests can report a lost item by filing a claim at the following link: https://www.baltimoreravens.com/stadium/lost-found/.

Items are collected and documented within 48-72 hours of an event. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Once an item matches a lost claim, pick-up will be coordinated with the owner.

Lost & Found Guest Communication Policy

Upon filing a lost claim, the Ravens Guest Experience Department and MSA will work to match claims to found items. If the found item matches a lost claim, guests will be contacted within 48 hours. As the stadium and parking lots are cleaned following an event, items are collected at various times throughout the following week. If a lost claim goes unmatched, guests will be contacted via email within 1 week of the conclusion of the event.

All items found at M&T Bank Stadium are documented and stored. Holding times vary based on item category.

Lost & Found Item Retrieval at M&T Bank Stadium

Items may be claimed at M&T Bank Stadium Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Guests who are unable to pick up items during these hours may contact us to schedule an alternate time.

Unclaimed Items Policy at M&T Bank Stadium

Please note holding times for unclaimed items.

  • Phones – Held for 30 days before disposal.
  • Wallets – Physical wallets are donated after 30 days. Items found inside wallets are disposed of after 30 days for privacy and safety. See below for specific license and ID information.
  • License & ID – Held for 30 days before proper disposal.
  • Credit & Debit cards – Held for 7 days before proper disposal.
  • Passports – Held for 30 days and sent to the US Department of State, Consular Lost and Stolen Passport Unit (CLASP).
  • Car Keys – Held for 30 days before donation.
  • Misc. Keys – Held for 30 days before disposal.
  • Glasses – Held for 30 days before donation.
  • Clothing, Bags, Blankets & Jewelry – Held for 30 days before donation

Found Items Mailing Policy

Guests who cannot pick up found items in-person from M&T Bank Stadium can opt for the item to be mailed to them. The recipient of the item will be responsible for shipping and handling costs by providing us with the shipping label from the vendor of their choice. Email the pdf of shipping label to guestexperience@ravens.nfl.net. All recipients waive all liability against Baltimore Ravens and MSA for loss or damage of any items at any time, including during shipment.
