Biography
DANNY BREYER is in his third season in Baltimore and second as an offensive assistant coach, where he works most closely with the tight ends. In 2023, he performed duties in an offensive quality control capacity with the Ravens, joining the club after three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons as an offensive assistant (2020-21) and run game specialist (2022). He previously served as a Tampa Bay Buccaneers' analytics assistant (2016) before being promoted to defensive assistant coach (2017-18). He also worked with the Miami Dolphins coaching staff during OTAs in 2015. Before entering the NFL ranks, he was the assistant to the head coach/assistant director of player personnel at Indiana (2013). Breyer earned a bachelor's degree in history from Akron. He spent time as a defensive undergraduate assistant at Illinois (2009) and Akron (2010-2011), rejoining the Zips as a graduate assistant in 2012 and 2014 while pursuing his master's degree.
