Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive (L.I.F.T.) Conference

updated-lift-a

Dear Applicants,

We are excited to say that the L.I.F.T. (Leading and Inspiring Females to Thrive) Conference has returned with a virtual twist! This summer's program is open to all high school female athletes, and we encourage you to participate in the activities with your friends and teammates. Once again, we are providing an exciting curriculum with an in-depth leadership training, fun and active fitness class and a virtual welcome from a special guest!

Our goal has always been to empower the next generation of female athletes and to harness and develop their leadership skills both on and off the field. We want to engage young women in a conversation about how the skills they utilize during their sport translate to their off-field endeavors (relationships, college, workplace, professional sports arena, etc.). We are excited for this summer's program and look forward to more successful events in the years to come.

Applications are now open, and the program will begin August 18th. Participants are able to complete the online program between August 18th and September 18th, so we encourage you to sign up today! We sincerely appreciate your interest, and we hope to see you at this year's L.I.F.T. Conference!
