2025 Baltimore Ravens Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year: RB Derrick Henry

Henry's character is rooted in humility and service. To honor his grandmother's legacy, he founded the Two All Foundation, empowering youth through education and values. He has supported his former schools with gear and essentials and partnered with Bridgestone to inspire girls in STEM. A devoted father and leader, Henry consistently prioritizes giving back without seeking recognition. His impact spans local, national and global communities, making him a true embodiment of leadership, excellence and philanthropy.

Off the field, Henry's commitment to community is unwavering. Since 2016, he has hosted annual back-to-school and holiday events in his hometown of Yulee, Fla., donating supplies, bikes and toys to hundreds of children. He launched the Two All Carnival in 2024 and, as a two-time Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee in Tennessee, supported youth through Boys & Girls Clubs, back-to-school drives and donations of shoes, gear and tickets. Henry has contributed over $22,500 to programs like H.O.P.E. and Blessings in a Backpack, provided nearly $100,000 in COVID-19 relief, and donated to disaster recovery efforts globally. His generosity extends to families in crisis — covering rent, replacing furniture and offering direct financial assistance.

"I don't take giving back lightly," Henry stated. "I'll put my hands in the community and impact the youth, because I was always a kid who looked up to athletes on the platform that they have. I've been blessed with a tremendous opportunity to impact lives and give back."

Baltimore Ravens linebacker Trenton Simpson understands the sacrifices of military families—he grew up in one. His father, Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy D. Simpson, a decorated U.S. Army Ranger, completed 17 overseas tours. Inspired by his upbringing, Simpson founded the Trenton Simpson Foundation in 2024 to support children and families of active-duty and retired service members. The foundation offers youth camps, mentorship, and game-day experiences, including its first event, Tribute to the Troops Tailgate, held in Baltimore on December 17, 2024. Simpson also actively supports the Ravens' Salute to Service efforts, partnering with T.A.P.S. and hosting Blue Star Families at training camp. Through his foundation and team initiatives, he continues to honor the military community that shaped him.
