The Ravens will take on the Chicago Bears without Lamar Jackson.
He'll miss his third straight game and more than a month of action after exiting the Ravens' Sept. 28 game in Kansas City early.
Jackson has been ruled out for Sunday's pivotal game after being downgraded from a full practice participant to limited on Friday. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Jackson ran the scout team in practice Friday.
The Ravens were hopeful that Jackson would return after the bye and he did get on the practice field for three straight days, but he wasn't ready to play yet.
Tyler "Snoop" Huntley, who was signed from the practice squad to the 53-man roster on Friday, will start in Jackson's place, Head Coach John Harbaugh announced Friday.
In six seasons, Huntley has 14 career starts in 26 games played. He sparked the Ravens offense in their loss to the Los Angeles Rams before the bye.
Huntley also stepped in for Jackson the last time the Ravens faced the Bears in 2021, helping Baltimore rally for a 16-13 victory with a touchdown drive in the final minute.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jackson is expected to return for the Ravens' next game on "Thursday Night Football" in Miami.
